In most of the cases sustainability is associated with environment. Since the era of digitalization has started, the world is getting transformed digitally on each and every moment. The transformation of digitalization has characterized by the technology which helps to increase the speed and vastness of knowledge turnover within the economy and society. The pattern of digital transformation is getting updated each and every day. People are working on more advanced digital transformation because world does not want to stuck in one place rather this world is moving forward very fast. People are working on these for a better world, society, economy. Digital transformation should be benefic for large number of people. Though digital transformation is a constant changeable process and it requires a large amount of investment it would be better if people get benefitted by the digital transformation for a longer period of time. Innovation is key of digital transformation. Innovation is a process which leads to the development of new technology. Through the process of innovation business is getting modernize, efficient workflows are getting accelerate, increase profitability and security. A Conceptual framework for innovation is very important in the process of digital transformation. Digital transformation has many benefits such as it reduces inefficiencies, improved productivity, lower production and maintenance cost while increasing system flexibility. But due to lack of proper framework many times organization has face many challenges when it found to move forward towards digital transformation. The challenges are lack of proper implementation of standard protocol, giving emphasis on new technologies without assessing its role within the business, investing money on digital implementation without a realistic view of return on investment. We must remember that machine serving the cause of man. Machines with inputs from human side took perform quasi human actions. In this study we are going to explore how digital transformation can be more sustainable by strengthening the innovation to face the global challenge.
Disability has been generically neglected in the field of counseling [1] and intellectual disability has been marginal for the marginalized. There are examples of good work done by the counselors with client group, although the activities are mostly on the fringe. It began in 1970s when advocacy groups of disabled people have shown adults having learning difficulties can understand their situation, can have voice and can communicate. It has been noted that the number of intelligent "intellectually disabled" people now is more than their numbers 20 years ago.Even today, it is assumed that an intellectual disabled person does not have the ability of using counseling and superhuman skills are required by the therapist. As a matter of fact, the counseling has nothing unique to the people with mild learning difficulties. Nevertheless, many people with this label avoid being counseled, when they may have the ability of counseling other individuals, of equal ability, to the ones not bearing the label. There should not be any assumption that counseling must be long term. Even a single session can have productiveness to the client. As adults having learning difficulties are faced often with negativity in large scale. The approaches that are less likely in doing further harm to the self-esteem of such client is emphasizing potential, positives and strengths [2]. This client group is thoroughly disempowered making respect and empowerment crucial for them (Oliver, 1995), specially the clients incapable of defending themselves against intrusive and unwelcome questions [3]. CaseJane, since childhood has been labeled with ID (intellectual disability). John is her husband who has also attended special school, but ID was not labeled against him. For years, the family had service involvement and has been a family with multi-problems.They had one child, who due to alleged neglect has been removed. The psychologist's report and the Protective Service reports clearly said that the mother failed to learn in altering her parenting in any way that is significant. However, after seeing this family, these negative assumptions were not believable.A major issue to counsel this family was lack of the consistent discipline and boundaries. This been a problem that is quite common to parents with learning difficulties. After a discussion with the family, it was concluded that John has given about 10 percent time to the demanding behavior and tantrums of their children, while Jane has given about 50 percent of her time. It should be noted here that without the discussion with them neither would have admitted of the time given by them. However, on further discussion, the estimates of the couple showed that the time given by Jane decreased steadily till John admitted shamefacedly that he gave more time than her. On the other hand, there was complaint from their daughter that she it was getting very difficult for her UPINE PUBLISHERS
Stress has been an immeasurably investigated theme within Neuropsychology since past few years. Attention training is a therapeutic intervention developed by Adrian Wells that involves the training of attentional skills to treat emotional disorders (Wells, 1990). This study investigated whether the Attentional training works as theorised to reduce stress. In addition, self-esteem and stress were investigated as potential moderators of the relationship between Attentional training and/or self-focus on vulnerability to the stressor. Prior research has shown that self-esteem level and self-focus interact such that self-focus predicts vulnerability to stress in people with low self-esteem, but not in those with high self-esteem. In a laboratory setting, 80 undergraduate student participants were exposed to a single session of either an Attention training analogue or a control treatment to see if Attentional training would reduce their stress to a subsequent stressor task. This work is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License ANN.MS.ID.000505.
This essay will focus on the ethical judgements required when working with a client with disability and different ethnicity in counselling and how these may differ from able bodied clients. It includes a case study through which I demonstrate my ethical understanding and values while working with these sensitive issues. Hence, I will consider the broader aspects of these 2 areas through a client. Seeing the client with a disability and diverse ethnicity as a person with numerous personalities, roles, capacities, and environments encourages the counselling process. Therefore, with the knowledge of these issues counsellors turn out to be more sensitive to the necessities of various populations and provide more viable treatment not facilitated by a rigid, practice-based method.
