Importance. A comparative analysis of the application of methods for the treatment of neuropenic aft mucous membranes with the use of injection techniques of a homeopathic preparation, which includes ascorbic acid and echinacea extract, has been carried out. stimulating oral immunity, helps faster epithelization of neutropenic aft on the oral mucosa Objectives ― evaluate the effectiveness of using the composition of homeopathic dosage forms in the general scheme of treatment of neuropenic aft. Methods. Under our supervision there were 10 patients aged from 18 to 60 years with a diagnosis of neuropenic aphthae. All surveyed were divided into two groups: main (5 people) and control (5 people). In the main group, patients received therapy according to the generally accepted scheme: oxygen therapy, applications for neuropenic aphtha keratoplasty in combination with anesthesin. Under the base, the aphta was injected with homeopathic preparation No. 7. Then the afta was left under the film with solcoseryl. Results. It has been established that its use allows one to achieve epithelization of aphtha in a shorter period, to prolong the remission of the disease, to arrest the pain syndrome. Clinical well-being came already on the 5th visit, pain syndrome and inflammation phenomena on the mucous membrane of the tongue were removed at the 3rd visit. When applying the traditional method of treatment, clinical well-being was achieved at the 10th visit. Conclusions. The combination of the traditional treatment regimen with the use of homeopathic medicine No. 7 provides a high therapeutic effect, accelerates the process of rehabilitation of the patient and prolongs the periods of remission within 12 months. The data we obtained allow us to introduce this treatment regimen into the clinic of therapeutic dentistry for the conservative treatment of neuropenic aft.
Subject. The article presents data from a comparative analysis of the inclusion of an oral probiotic in the traditional treatment regimen for oral candidiasis. The goal is to increase the effectiveness of the traditional treatment regimen by introducing a probiotic for the oral mucosa containing the Streptococcus salivarius K12 strain. Methodology. The study involved 30 patients with a diagnosis of "oral dysbiosis" aged 20 to 60 years, who were divided into 2 groups: control (15 people) and main (15 people). In the control group, conventional medical treatment was carried out with the inclusion of probiotic and antifungal drugs in the general therapy (according to the scheme), the probiotic Bactoblis was introduced into the main drug plan. Results. The proposed treatment regimen using the latest generation probiotic for the oral mucosa containing the Streptococcus salivarius K12 strain, in combination with the traditional treatment regimen for oral dysbiosis, was more effective than conventional complex therapy. Analysis of the clinical data of therapeutic measures in patients of the main group showed stabilization of the process on the 5th day from the start of therapy compared with the control, in which the improvement was diagnosed on the 10th day. Findings. The results indicate a greater effectiveness of therapy compared to the generally accepted method for the treatment of oral dysbiosis when a probiotic containing the Streptococcus salivarius K12 strain is included in the traditional regimen, which can serve as a guideline for practitioners in choosing a treatment plan for oral dysbiosis.
Importance. Despite the improvement of diagnostic methods and the introduction of new technologies in the treatment of pathology of the oral mucosa, it is difficult to achieve stable remission, since 70 % of cases are based on somatic and bodily suffering factors. The article presents data from a comparative analysis of the use of the traditional treatment regimen for patients with pathology of the oral cavity and the inclusion of the latest generation of antipsychotics in the treatment regimen. It was established that, when applied, a tendency towards normalization of psychological and autonomic status was observed. The inclusion of anxiolytics and antioxidants in the complex of general therapy for patients with pathology of the oral mucosa contributed to a more pronounced positive dynamics of achieving and prolonging the phase of remission. Objectives — to evaluate the effectiveness of introducing drugs of the latest generation of antipsychotics into the traditional treatment regimen for patients with pathology of the oral cavity. Methodology. Under our supervision, there were 30 patients aged 40 to 60 years with a diagnosis of pathology of the oral mucosa and pathology of the periodontium. All examined were divided into 2 groups: the main (15 people) and control (15 people). Results. Clinical well-being, manifested in a subjective decrease in pain in the tongue, feelings of rawness, tingling, numbness, awkwardness, in the tongue, was noted already at the 5th visit in 67 % of patients of the main group, while in the control group in 17 % of patients. Conclusions. The inclusion of anxiolytics and antioxidants in the complex of general therapy for patients with pathology of the oral mucosa contributed to a more pronounced positive dynamics of achieving and prolonging the phase of remission. Our data allow us to implement this treatment regimen in practical healthcare.
