The process of representing the distribution of larva free numbers in the district of Kediri which is not visible makes the monitoring process for larva free rates per region less effective and efficient. Therefore, a geographic information system is needed to describe the distribution of larva free numbers in the Kediri Regency area. The design and development of this information system is carried out using two methods, one of which is the data collection method by conducting interviews with one of the staff in the Kediri district Health Office, observing and looking for references related to research.The existence of a Geographical Information System for the Distribution of Larva Free Numbers, helps the Kediri District Health Office in terms of recapitulating data and monitoring the risk of the distribution of larva numbers in the Kediri Regency area. The Geographical Information System for the Distribution of Larva Free Numbers in Kediri Regency was successfully designed and built and can display the distribution of larva free numbers in the form of markers on a map. The Geographical Information System for the Distribution of Larva Free Numbers in Kediri Regency uses PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, and the laravel framework.
Abstrak-Cerita rakyat adalah kebudayaan tradisional di lingkungan masyarakat, dan diwariskan kepada generasi selanjutnya. Media game dengan genre visual novel merupakan salah satu alternatif untuk melestarikan kearifankearifan tradisional karena unsur utama didalam game visual novel adalah karakter atau tokoh dalam membawa jalan cerita dan pesan yang disampaikan. Perancangan visual karakter dan visual latar dalam game ini berdasarkan cerita rakyat yang beredar di tengah-tengah masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat karakter dan latar dalam game visual novel cerita asal usul Kota Surabaya untuk menjaga kearifan tradisional yang ada didalam cerita tersebut rakyat tersebut. Target pengguna game ini berusia 18-23 tahun. Data primer konsep cerita berasal dari buku Antologi Cerita Rakyat Jawa Timur yang diterbitkan oleh Balai Bahasa Surabaya, serta studi literatur dan teori-teori terkait. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif. Terdapat 114 responden yang terlibat memberikan penilaian hasil desain visual karakter dan visual latar. Total skor yang diberikan responden terbesar pada elemen visual latar bangunan yakni sebesar 87,37%, sedangkan total skor terendah diberikan oleh responden pada elemen visual ekspresi karakter sebesar 79,47%.
Tuberculosis (TB) is a chronic disease that is still a public health problem globally, including Indonesia, due to its easy transmission. Treatment for TB sufferers consist of several drug combinations that are intended to eradicate germs. For TB sufferers, the key to successful treatment is the patient's compliance with taking medication every day. The lengthy treatment time is usually at least six months allowing non-adherence to taking the medication by the patient. If not treated properly, there will be a risk of disease complications, such as tuberculosis bacteria resistant to drugs, making TB treatment more difficult. In this study, an Android-based was built to remind TB sufferers to take their medication during the treatment process. In addition to the mobile-based application, there is also a web application used by drug drinking supervisors (PMO; Petugas Minum Obat in Indonesia) in monitoring TB patients, where the application can also view patient compliance statistics in taking medication and historical data on TB patients’ medical treatment. After completion and development, the application will be given to PMO officers and patients to be tested. It is hoped that the application can help the TB treatment process become more effective and prevent treatment failure from the implementation.
Abstrack-Drain process is one of the main process of freshwater fish farming that needs to be improved its efficiency. By using Wireless Sensor Networks with ZigBee technology based, the drain system was able to be performed automatically. The fish ponds have different size and drainage position. The purpose of this study was to know the performance of ZigBee technology. The nodes were coordinator as input water controller, end device 1 as water level sensor, and end device 2 as output water controller. The test used maximum data size at 21 Bytes and processing intervals per 300 ms. There were three fish ponds that tested, which were 1 st pond with 2x4x0.5 m, 2 nd pond with 6x8x1 m, and 3 rd pond with 6x15x1 m. The testing parameters consisted of delay, throughput, packet loss, and RSSI. Highest delay was communication between coordinator-end device 2 at 3 rd pond with average in 2189.07 ms. Highest throughput was communication between end devce 1-coordinator at 1 st pond with average in 0.38 KBps. Packet loss happened at communication between coordinator-end device 2 at 3 rd pond with 20%. Highest RSSI was communication between end devce 1-coordinator at 1 st pond with average in-64 dBm.
