The utilization of information technology has expanded into the realm of digital marketing for entrepreneurs. There are numerous ways in which this technology is adopted as an accelerator in business processes, and one of them is through the utilization of digital media. Digital marketing, which is a product of information technology, encompasses the promotion of products and/or services through social media. One of the challenges faced by micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), particularly Madu Lebah Klanceng, an MSME located in Talang Village, is their reliance on conventional promotion methods such as distributing brochures, participating in bazaars, setting up stalls, and word-of-mouth promotion. This limits the reach of their marketing and sales efforts, impeding the rapid growth of their business. To achieve the goals of digital branding and digital marketing, training and mentoring sessions are conducted through the delivery of materials, discussions, and practical exercises on digital branding and marketing techniques. The method used is qualitative, involving data collection through observations, interviews, and documentation of the activities carried out by the MSMEs. It is hoped that through these activities, MSME entrepreneurs will gain a better understanding of the importance of utilizing internet media to build their brand and enhance their marketing efforts.

Metode penelitian inimenggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datadengan observasi, catatan harian dan dokumentasi. Hasil yangdicapai pada pembelajaran menggunakan alat pembelajaranperaga “demonstration of Earthquake” di kelas VII E semester 1SMP N 2 Banjarnegara tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 adalah sebagaiberikut, berdasarkan catatan harian peserta didik, dapatdipahami bahwa pada pembelajaran yang telah lalu, untuk materiletak geologis Indonesia dimana belum menggunanakan alatperaga “demonstration of earthquake”, secara umum peserta didikmenyatakan pemahaman tentang materi letak geologis yangkurang tuntas. Peserta didik secara umum juga memandang alatperaga “demonstration of earthquake” dapat memperjelaspemahaman tentang materi letak geologis Indonesia. Lebih lanjutpeserta didik secara umum menilai pembelajaran menyenangkan,karena dapat memanfaatkan gawai meraka untuk pembelajaran.Untuk data nilai postes, menjunjukkan hasil yang cukupmemuaskan. Hal ini tampak pada rerata mencapai 74,69. Reratayang cukup baik karena sudah di atas KKM. Nilai tertinggimencapai 86, walaupun masih ada yang mendapatkan 56 danmerupakan nilai terendah. Sementara jumlah peserta didik tuntas82,67 %, sudah cukup baik karena mencapai lebih dari separuhjumlah peserta didik. Adapun yang belum tuntas masih 17,24%. The current educational process, cannot be separated from solutions that are continuously being implemented to realize independent learning. Understanding the characteristics of students, is the main capital to improve the learning process. Generation Z that we are facing today has characteristics that are more adaptive to technology. Therefore, we must move to adapt to their characteristics in order to realize quality learning. This study aims to describe new innovations in the teaching and learning process so that they are in accordance with the character of generation Z. There are a number of 21st century skills, which should be possessed by students belonging to generation Z, as a provision for life in the future. There are a number of efforts that can be made in the current learning period, namely the use of blended learning. The use of virtual reality-based media is one solution. Therefore, the purpose of this article is directed to examine further the relationship between the concept of virtual reality media through blended learning to improve students' 21st century skills.
This study aims to: (1) To determine the level of understanding of students about earthquakes and anticipatory steps, (2) To test the effectiveness of earthquake process simulation in order to increase mitigation literacy. This research method uses survey and simulation methods. The population in this study was taken by students of class VII D as a sample representing the population of SMP N 2 Banjarnegara. Class VII D has several students who live in disaster-prone areas. The results of this study indicate that the simulation uses disaster aids or Disaster Aid, increases the understanding of VII D students about earthquakes and anticipatory steps, and optimizes the level of understanding of students in class VII D about disaster mitigation literacy, and it is hoped that this research will be useful in providing an understanding of school residents. about the urgency of human behavior to save themselves when there is a disaster.
