Hipertensi merupakan penyakit tidak menular yang banyak terjadi dan mempunyai tingkat mortalitas yang cukup tinggi serta mempengaruhi kualitas hidup dan produktifitas seseorang. Hipertensi relatif lebih tinggi terjadi pada wanita dengan prevalensi 28,8%. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemberian KIE tentang bahaya penggunaan KB hormonal pada akseptor KB hormonal yang memiliki hipertensi dan penggunaan secara jangka panjang. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pemberian KIE menggunakan buku saku pada akseptor KB hormonal. Penelitian mengunakan kuantitatif semu experimental dengan one grup pre-test post-test. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling pada 100 akseptor KB hormonal di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Soreang yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesionar dianalisis menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan. Hasil penelitian p-value=(,000) terdapat pengaruh yang bermakna pada pengetahuan akseptor KB hormonal di Puskesmas Soreang sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi. Pemberian KIE dengan buku saku meningkatkan pengetahuan akseptor KB hormonal tentang risiko hipertensi pada akseptor KB hormonal di Puskesmas Soreang.Diharapkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan akseptor KB dalam memilih jenis kontrasepsi yang sesuai dengan keadaannya.
Introduction:The Indonesian government has expressed the importance of the implementation of quality assurance systems through national standards of higher education (Permenristekdikti 44/2015) including educational infrastructure standards which educational media is one of them. In the industrial revolution 4.0 era, educational media must be adapted with advancing technology and providing the convenience of students in the learning process. For midwife, the understanding of anatomy and physiology is mandatory. Augmented Reality (AR) was the technology that will be able to bridge between cyberspace and the real world, so it will be facilitate the understanding of students. The aim of this literature review was to discover the benefits of integrated modules for the midwifery education. Methods: This literature review is the first step in a study of the development of integrated AR module. Literature was formed by using criteria that are relevant to the objectives of the study, which contain articles about AR applications and their benefits in health education. Results: A total of 12 articles (2012-2018) that were relevant had been found in accordance with the relevant criteria. The AR application has the benefits of medical students among them 1) increasing the student's knowledge retention, 2) increasing the student's learning motivation. Conclusion: AR integrated modules have been proven having benefits for medical education. For this reason, the research will continue in the next stage, namely the making of AR integrated modules and their application to midwifery education.
The indirect cause of maternal death in Indonesia is “3T” factors, one of which is being late in knowing the danger signs of pregnancy. Health workers need to be aware of this because there is currently a pandemic that can make limited time for pregnancy checks. It can cause pregnant women to not have enough time for health education about the dangerous signs of pregnancy, so we need the right media for health education about danger signs of pregnancy. Industrial revolution 4.0 makes us unable to avoid using technology, including in the world of health. Augmented reality is part of it. It can be media for health education that you can use every time and everywhere with direct interaction. So, pregnant woman can use it to improve their knowledge. This study aims to determine whether there is knowledge improvement from pregnant women about danger signs of pregnancy after using augmented reality. This is a quantitative research with one group pre-post test design which requires 30 respondents. The result shows that there is an effect of augmented reality media on the knowledge of pregnant women about the danger signs of pregnancy in the form of increasing knowledge(p=0,001)
