Penelitian terdahulu yang sudah terkumpul selanjutnya dikompilasi, dianalisis, dan disimpulkan sehingga mendapatkan kesimpulan tentang bagaimana cara pengembangan pada meningkatkan profesionalisme pengajar pada paud. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini bisa diambil bahwa dari hasil analisis diatas Seorang pengajar bisa dikatakan profesional apabila beliau memenuhi kualifikasi dan kompetensi sesuai standar, yaitu terdapat 4 kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh pengajar pada satuan paud antara lain Kompetensi Pedagogik, Kompetensi Kepribadian, Kompetensi Profesional, dan Kompetensi Sosial.
