Dunia bisnis semakin lama semakin berkembang dan semakin banyak pesaing yang tidak dapat dihindari. Adanya persaingan membuat perusahaan dihadapkan pada berbagai peluang dan ancaman baik dari dalam negeri atau luar negeri. Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan segmen terbesar bagi pelaku ekonomi nasional. Pelaku UMKM dapat membantu pemerintah untuk mengurangi jumlah pengangguran. Sehingga di Indonesia usaha mikro kecil dan menengah sering dikaitkan dengan upaya pemerintah dalam mengurangi pengangguran, memerangi kemiskinan, dan pemerataan pendapatan. Banyak produk yang dihasilkan UMKM dapat bersaing di pasar domestik hingga dapat menembus dan bersaing di pasar internasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer, model dan teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan pendekatan residual, adapun variabel yang diteliti adalah Modal, Sumber daya manusia, Kemitraan, Kebijakan Pemerintah, Kinerja Keuangan. Hasil penelitian pada variabel modal dan kebijakan pemerintah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM, sedangkan variabel kemitraan dan sumber daya manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM.
The problems studied are government and private investment as well as the development of economic sectors and MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) and their effect on job opportunities in West Sumatra. The basic social problems faced in Indonesia are high levels of unemployment and poverty in the midst of government policies that have not met expectations. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and ability to realize the targets of government policies in government and private investment, development of economic sectors, and MSMEs in order to increase job opportunities in West Sumatra Province. The factors studied are government investment, private investment, GRDP of the primary, secondary, tertiary, and MSME sectors. This study uses an explanatory method with a hypothesis testing study approach which explains the causal relationship in employment opportunities in West Sumatra through hypothesis testing. The data is compiled in time-series for the years 2000-2014 in a semi- annual period. The research model is formulated as a linear function based on Nerlove's Partial Adjustment Model approach and analyzed recursively using linear regression using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The research findings are: Government policies in public and private investment as well as the development of economic sectors and MSMEs are jointly effective in encouraging increased employment opportunities in West Sumatra. Individually, Employment Opportunities are more determined by government policies in government investment and the development of the primary and tertiary sectors. However, the government's ability to realize the target of job opportunities is still relatively low.
<p>PT. Tirta Investama (Danone Group) is a company manufacturer of mineral <br />water with the AQUA brand. Because of the many companies that produce similar products i.e. mineral water then the competition happens to be very tight. To be able to compete in the market of mineral water PT. Tirta Investama did a promotional strategy including sales promotions and advertising for all products of mineral water AQUA. Based on the results of the analysis of the multiple correlation coefficient obtained correlation coefficient value of X1cost of sales promotions and X2 the cost of advertising is 0.976. Thus the cost of sales promotions and advertising fees have a very strong relationship and positive results against sales of mineral water AQUA packaging 600 milliliters PT. Tirta Investama. <br />Based on the results of the analysis of multiple linear regression can be <br />known that any increase in the cost of sales promotions per USD 1,-, it will result in an increment amounting to Rp 0,952 sales results. Whereas an increase in the cost of advertising per Rp l-then increment will result in proceeds of $1,279,-thus it can be concluded that if companies do plan to add to the cost of advertising or promotional then the sales volume will increase.Based on the results of the analysis of the determining coefficient (KP) obtained registration = 0.952 or 95.2%. milliliter on means a percentage of the sales promotion costs and influence the cost of advertising against product sales results AQUA mineral water packaging 600 milliliteron PT. Tirta Investama amounted to 95.2% is affected by other factors that are not the meticulous writer. Calculation based on hypothesis test with t-test shows that the variable cost of sales promotions, as well as variable costs partially influential advertising significantly to sales results. And based on the hypothesis test with test F it can be concluded that the cost of sales promotions and advertising costs simultaneously affect significantly to sales of mineral water AQUA packaging 600 milliliters on <br />PT. Tirta Investama.</p>
This research aims to analyze the quality of the service and the effectiveness of Ecommerce. This research uses a quantitative approach. Data analysis using the pras test test validity and reliability as well as a test of normality. At this stage of the analysis of data with calculations e-servqual will get the service quality level e-Commerce and the calculation of e-Commerce It can also analyze the priority of each service attribute that needs to be fixed or not. The questionnaire will be filled is given to respondents with Nonprobability Sampling technique. This study use 46 participant. The Total value of Electronic Service Quality (TESQ) obtained from the results of the calculation of the gap between perception and expectation is positive, the results obtained are 0226. This means that the customer’s expectations of the service e-Commerce in larger AUY Publisher from the Ministry obtained this time, so that the service provided is still not satisfying customers and has not been effective (X2 ).
