A problem found in transportation is road narrowing. Road narrowing refers to a condition in which its downstream is smaller than the upstream. This research took place on Ahmad Yani Street at the front of Royal Plaza, Surabaya. The location of this research had a sufficiently high traffic flow. Thus, the road should be able to operate optimally. In fact, there is still a density caused by road narrowing. This research was intended to determine how much the maximum flow, maximum density and free speed on the road before, during and after the narrowing. Besides, this research was carried out to find out the relation of the flow, the traffic density and speed, determine the value of the shock waves during the road narrowing. This research was done on Wednesday and Saturday morning, at 06:00-08:00 and in the afternoon at 16:00-18:00. The calculation performed was based on Greenshield method. The analysis revealed that the largest maximum flow was on the fragment of road before narrowing, which was 2376.30 pcu/hour. The maximum density found on the fragment of road during narrowing was 322.33 pcu/hour, and the highest free speed regarding to the road condition before the narrowing was 57.21 km/hour. The relation between flow, speed and density showed a significant result (R2> 0.5). Shock waves obtained were in the mornings and afternoons on Wednesday and Saturday,
Kepuasan pelanggan merupakan hal yang penting bagi setiap perusahaan jasa/barang pada perusahaan. Terminal Bungurasih merupakan terminal bus tersibuk di Indonesia (dengan jumlah penumpang hingga 120.000 per hari) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui tingkat kepuasan penumpang terhadap kualitas sistem pelayanan Terminal Purabaya (Bungurasih) Surabaya. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai pengumpul data, sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 penumpang dari berbagai maskapai di lokasi penelitian yaitu di Terminal Terminal Purabaya (Bungurasih) Surabaya. Analisa data menggunakan analisa regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis meliputi uji t, uji f dan determinasi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan Analisis kepuasan penumpang terhadap kualitas sistem pelayanan Terminal Purabaya (Bungurasih) Surabaya diukur dari 5 dimensi yaitu Tangible Reliability Responsiviness Assurance dan Empathy yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel bebas yang terdiri dari Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, dan Emphaty secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel terikat yaitu Kualitas sistem pelayanan.
Masalah utama yang dihadapi di Provinsi Papua Barat adalah masih banyaknya jaringan Jalan yang belum tersambung dan beberapa titik jembatan yang belum terbangun oleh sebab itu diperlukan Percepatan Pembangunan khusus di bidang Infrastruktur Jalan dan pendukungnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kinerja dari jalan terdampak yakni JL Yos Sudarso dan Jalan merdeka, kebutuhan lajur dan konsep pergerakan setelah terbangunnya jembatan teluk sawaibu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah MKJI untuk menghitung volume dan kinerja dari jalan-jalan terdampak. Yang selanjutnya digunakan sebagai acuan penentuan jalur danpergerakan kendaraan. Berdasarkan analisa lalu lintas tersebut diatas alternative trase yang dipilih adalah trase pertama dengan panjang 300 meter kemudian untuk jalan terdampak jalan yos sudarso menuju jalan kemerdekaan dengan DS 0.56 kemudian setelah diproyeksikan kedalam pertumbuhan lalu lintas 2021 selama masa lauan bangunan 20 tahun didapat dari tahun 2021 hingga tahun ke-10 (2031) jembatan memerlukan 1 jalur untuk 2 arah pergerakan, sedangkan untuk tahun ke 11 dan seterusnya membutuhkan 2 jalur untuk 2 arah pergerakan dan untuk Konsep pergerakan kendaraan pada jalan eksisting baik pada jalan yos sudarso maupun jalan merdeka dibuat terpisah dengan jembatan, agar warga sekitar dapat beraktifitas normal tanpa ada interfensi dari pergerakan kendaraan pada Jembatan.
This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) on the productivity of workers on the "X" tower construction project in Surabaya. The population used is the employees of the tower construction project "X" in Surabaya as many as 230 employees, while the number of samples taken 146 employees. The data used is sourced from primary data. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results in this study indicate that: (1) Safety Factor has a significant and positive influence on Project Security; (2) Equipment and Work Wear Factors have a significant positive effect on Project Security; (3) Vehicle Track Factors have a significant positive effect on Project Security; (4) Fire Factor has no significant effect on Project Security; (5) Equipment and Machine Factors have a significant positive effect on Project Security; (6) Electricity and Sound factors have a significant positive effect on Project Security; (7) Public Protection Factors have no significant effect on Project Safeguards; (8) General Factors have a significant positive effect on Project Security; (9) Occupational Health Factors have a significant positive effect on Project Security.
One of the roads that is still a subscription to flooding in Surabaya when it rains is on Kedung Mangu road. Its existing discharge chute is 100 908 m3 / h. From the Data Obtained tide high tide value of 150 cm occurred on December 13, 2016 and to its Lowest ebb -130 cm occurred on January 25, 2016. Thet Type of Surabaya's northern sea tides is the mixed tide. From the calculation and analysis can be concluded that the more influential is the amount of rainfall and dimensions and road conditions in the channel Kedung Mangu. So as to cope with floods In These locations, the dimensions of the channel should be enlarged.
