Based on the observation, the problem in this study is the level of the children's basic motion is still in a low level, especially the ability of the control object. In West Sumatera, especially in some areas that researchers have visited, the difference in the level of basic motion is quite significant. Many factors are predicted to influence the difference in the development level of the basic motion and one of the causes that researchers consider the most dominant is residential areas, especially coastal areas and mountainous areas. This study aims to perceive differences in the level of development of children control object ability. The population in this study was all students in Pariaman city and Padang Panjang city. The random sampling technique consisted of 40 children, 20 students came from early childhood education in Pariaman city and 20 more students were from early childhood education in Padang Panjang City. The instrument used to obtain data in the level of development of the ability of a child Control Object is through the Test of Gross Motor Development-2 (TGMD-2). Based on the results of research conducted, there are differences in the level of ability of Object Control of early childhood education students in Pariaman city and Padang Panjang city with a significant value (Sig) of 0.016 less than the probability of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that the level of development of the ability of early childhood education students' Control Objects in Padang Panjang City is better compared to early childhood education students in Pariaman city.
In this study, we examined the reliability and validity of new football skills tests. Fifty advanced football students repeated trials of passing, and control skills on different days. Passing and control skills required players to rebound a moving ball and moving clockwise against the four specified targets. Each trial consisted of 14 passes. The accuracy of ball rebound, precision, and success were determined for all tests using video analysis. Systematic bias was small (<9% in all measures) and all outcome measures were similar between trials. Test-retest reliability statistics were as follows: (1) Validity degree of "Crossways Passing and Control Test (C-PCT)" in football on FIK UNP advanced football student, obtained 0,718 (good). (2) reliability degree of "Crossways Passing and Control Test (C-PCT)" in football on FIK UNP advanced football student, obtained 0,875 (accepted). Further studies are needed to evaluate the reproducibility of this skill test in different populations including for elite player football.
The aim of the studyis to observe the influence ofmechanical massage on lower extremities muscles to speed up the recovery after physical training. A quasi-experimental design was conducted by giving treatment to the samples of 20 football athletes of UNP using purposive sampling technique. Selected samples have to do the plyometrics training, and testing of the legmuscle strenght was conducted (pre-test). After the exercise, the samples were given passive recovery treatment in the form of local massage on the lower leg muscles and the leg muscle strength test was taken using leg dynamometer. The data analyzed by using t-test. Based on data analysis leg muscle strength before doing plyometrics training was 151.2 kg, and after exercise plyometrics (post-test) was124.15 kg. After given a treatment in the form of massage lower extremities and leg muscle strength measured again(posttest) the average of leg muscle strength was 127.65 kg. From the data analysis it can be concluded that: there are significant differences between pretest and posttest massage of the lower extremities as a passive recovery of the leg muscle strength after plyometrics workout at significance level α = 0.05.
The purpose of this research is to describe the competence of elementary school teachers in the Lubuk Sikaping Pasaman Regency. This research classified into descriptive research using a questionnaire to collect the data. This study involved 20 teachers. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis technique formula is P = F / N x 100%. The result showed the competence of physical education, sport and health teachers in elementary school Sikaping was 71.17% achievement level is on good category, consist of pedagogic competence is 67.00% in the excellent category, personality competence is 65.89% in the excellent category, social competence is 64.78% in the excellent category, and professional competence is 61.67% in the excellent category.
This research aims to see influence balanced against the level of development of children's locomotor abilities. The Population in this study were all PAUD students in the district Padang Pariaman, a random sampling technique totaling 42 children. The instrument used to obtain data about the balance of PAUD students is the MABC_2 subtest is balance while capability child locomotor is obtained through the Test of Gross Motor Development-2 (TGMD-2). Based on research results carried out, there is a balancing effect on the level the development locomotor abilities of a child with value rcount 0,441 > rtable 0,304 and significant value (Sig) of 0,003 less than the probability of 0,05. The results of this study show that level of ability development Padang Pariaman Regency PAUD student locomotor influenced by the balance they have.
