Stent fracture was likely to be affected by mechanical stress provoked by rigid structures and hinge points. Stent fracture might be associated with the high incidence of target lesion revascularization.

Patients with LVA had an equally favorable long-term ablation outcome compared to those without. As an adjunct to PVI, voltage-guided substrate modification may be an important ablation strategy in patients with LA structural remodeling.

A discrete prepotential was seen in 9 (26%) of 35 patients with CC-VA. In left and right CC-VA, the site of a discrete prepotential with ≥50 ms activation time may indicate a successful ablation site.
