The skills and formal reasoning abilities of PKK subject in class XI students at SMKN 2 Kediri are still not optimal. Observation results show that learning was teacher centered. One way to solve this problem is using PDEODE learning model based on teaching factory. The aims of this study is testing validity and reliability of the reseaech instrument on the effect of PDEODE learning model based on teaching factory to improve student's skill and reasoning abilities skill of PKK subjectvin class XI students at SMKN 2 Kediri. Research type is experiment with a quantitive approach. Based on the results of pilot study, the reability of student's skill observation form uses Interclass Correlation Coefficients (ICC) technique with Alpha Cronbach coefficient is 0.675, so that this instrument is reliable and has a validity of 3.2 with valid description. The trial of PKK subject's knowledge test, obtained a 𝑟 !"#$% 's value is .316 with 5% significance level, so that 11 questions are declared valid. The questions difficulty level concist of 10 moderate and 1 difficult questions with good and very good discrimination power, as well as the validity is 3.15 with valid description. The judgement experts of formal reasoning abilities is 4 with very valid description, while the validity of teaching module's PDEODE learning model based on teaching factory is 3.3 with valid description. Therefore, this research instrument is feasible to use.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
