This research was This research aims to produce, develop, and describe the feasibility of teaching material product in the form of discovery learning-based procedure text learning module in SMP class VII. This research used the Research and Development (R&D) method by Borg and Gall. The product research results in the form of modules which consists of four modules containing learning materials, learning activities, practice questions, summaries, and formative tests. Each module has learning activities by implementing the steps in the discovery learning model, namely providing stimulation, identifying problems, collecting data, processing data, verifying data, and drawing conclusions. The module feasibility test was carried out by material expert and educator of Indonesian subject. The results of the validation test by material expert obtained an average percentage of 81.25% in very feasible category. The results of validation by Indonesian language educator obtained an average percentage of 82.5% in very feasible category.
This study aims to describe and explain the value of Sellingman's optimism contained in the novel Disorder by Akmal Nasery Basral so that it can be used as Indonesian language teaching material in high school. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The data in this study are in the form of words, phrases, clauses, sentences, and paragraphs that contain information about the value of Sellingman's optimism in the novel. The structural approach is used as a scalpel because it is used to describe the findings in the novel structure. The validity of the data used is investigator triangulation. Data analysis resulted in finding the presence of Sellingman's optimism value in Novel Disorder in the novel, namely permanence, pervasiveness, and personalization.
The problem in this research is the moral message in earth man film by Hanung Bramantyo and its implications in learning literature in high school. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data in the study are in the form of conversations of all players in the earth man film which contain moral message. The result of the study show that there are moral message in the earth man film by Hanung Bramantyo, firstly being honest, secondly authentic values; the third willingness to be responsible; the fourth is moral independence; the fifth is moral courage; the sixth is humility; and the seventh is realistic and critical. The results of the study can be used as literature teaching materials in drama or film text materials that refer to KD 3.19 and 4.19.
Language style in a poem is not only useful as a function of beauty, but also a means to communicate an event. Diction or word choice is raised to present a hidden beauty. This study aims to describe the form of language style that is present in the poem "Sumpah Abadi" by Dee Lestari. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The technique used in data collection is observation, reading notes and literature study. The results showed that the poem "Sumpah Abadi" displays a number of language styles including language style based on word choice, language style based on tone, language style based on sentence structure, language style based on direct or indirect meaning.
