The labor process is influenced by three factors, namely Passage (birth canal), Passanger (fetus), Power (strength). Childbirth can run normally if all three factors are met properly. In addition, there are other factors that affect the delivery process, namely psychological and helper. Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) can be reduced by various efforts, both promotive and preventive, by providing education in preparation for childbirth. This education can be an alternative for pregnant women to find out the extent of maternal and fetal development, increase maternal independence and train coping management for maternal stressors. Pregnancy exercise is a form of coping method that can avoid the occurrence of physical stress due to pregnancy, such as reducing leg and back cramps, increasing the mother's ability to adapt to changes in her body. This study aims to identify the effect of labor preparation services (pregnancy education and exercise) on the preparation for delivery of pregnant women in the working area of ??the UPT Puskesmas Alas Barat. Pre-experimental research design with one group pretest-post test design. The instrument used for data collection is a questionnaire. Testing the instrument using the product moment person validity test and reliability test. The analysis used is simple linear regression with the number of respondents as many as 102 pregnant women. The results showed that the regression significance value of the delivery preparation service variable (pregnancy education and exercise) on the preparation for delivery of pregnant women was 0.000 or less than 0.05. The hypothesis which states that delivery preparation services (pregnancy education and exercise) has an effect on preparation for delivery of pregnant women (accepted). Based on the results of this study, it can be suggested that pregnant women play an active role in participating in activities during pregnancy so that mothers have knowledge about the needs during pregnancy, especially preparation for childbirth so as to minimize emergencies to the mother and fetus during the delivery process.

Protecting children, women and marginal groups is one of the national development priorities and in compliance with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) on the pillars of social development. Through Presidential Decree No.57 of 2017 concerning Implementation of SDGs Achievement, each region synergizes SDGs with the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD). In West Nusa Tenggara Province, one of the synergies lies in the goal of gender equality, namely increasing the role of women in regional development and fulfilling children's rights. Sumbawa District is one of the districts in West Nusa Tenggara that has a synergy of SDGs with RPJMD related to institutional strengthening and fulfillment of children's rights. This study aimed at identifying child development policies and analyzed constraints in the implementation of child development policies in Sumbawa district. This research used a community development approach, based on justice rights and was a participatory action research involved Regional Departments/service agencies that have duties and functions in fulfilling children's rights. The result of this action research was that the implementation of the development and fulfillment of children's rights could not be fully carried out by the government due to insufficient institutional capacity because of weak coordination among Regional Departments (OPDs).
The Government of Indonesia through Presidential Regulation Number 25 of 2021 concerning Child-friendly District/City Policies again emphasizes that districts/cities throughout Indonesia become KLA and the fulfillment of children's rights and special protection. Sumbawa Regency is one of the regencies in West Nusa Tengga Province that has been committed to realizing KLA since 2017. However, until now Sumbawa Regency has not been able to get the KLA predicate, either Nindya, Madya or Pratama. Through the initiation of the Child Friendly Poto Village, the local government together with the Samawa Center tried to implement a bottom-up approach in KLA. For this reason, this study aims to determine the design, implementation and initiation process of child-friendly villages in Poto Village, District, as well as the challenges and obstacles. This study uses a PAR approach based on the concept of rights-based community development popularized by Ife and Tesoriero (2000). The result of this research is that the design of the implementation of DLA is adjusted to the conditions of the local community where it begins with the common perception and preparation of the DLA action plan. The challenges and obstacles lie in the commitment of the members of the task force and the village government. This is because the DLA issue is still considered new and not very familiar so that understanding is not yet complete.
