The article analyzes the synthesis of higher fatty acids based on local secondary oil products of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the influence of various factors on their synthesis. The highest yield of fractional acids C10 - C17 during paraffin processing is observed as a result of paraffin oxidation with a boiling point of 260-350 °C. The fractional composition of the obtained fatty acids was analyzed by gas chromosome spectroscopy. The effect of the catalyst on the oxidation process on the duration of oxidation and the change in acid, ether and carbonyl numbers has been studied.
At present there is a steady trend towards a sharp increase in the application of polymeric materials in the building industry, engineering, transport, the power industry, food and light industry, agriculture, etc. However, the rapid and wide use of polymeric materials in the national economy is being held back by the limited volumes of production of monomers and oligomers. An alternative way to solve the problem is to develop composites with a low polymer content.
An investigation was made of plasticised PVC. The electrical properties of the investigated PVC specimens proved to be sensitive both to the degree of biaxial orientation and to the content and nature of plasticisers in the system.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
