An Electrical distribution system over a considerable distance and overloaded can result in a significant decrease in the amount of voltage supplied to the received voltage or what is commonly called the voltage drop. This study succeeded in analyzing and repairing the drop voltage in the distribution substation owned by PT. PLN UP3 Bintaro, namely at the KJ233 substation. The repair of the drop voltage is done using the load breaking method. Before being repaired, the measurement results and the calculation of the voltage drop in each phase at the KJ233 substation were quite large, in range 14% -20%. After being repaired by the load breaking method, After changing the size of the cable channel from (3 × 50 mm2 + 1 × 50) mm2 to (3 × 70 + 1 × 70) mm2, the measurement results and the calculation of the voltage drop decreased to below 3%. The results of the voltage drop measurement after repair show that the voltage is in the proper category because it is within the PLN standard (+ 5%, -10% of 220V).
