Javanese traditional wedding ceremony is a legacy of the tradition of the Royal ABSTRAKUpacara pernikahan adat Jawa merupakan warisan dari tradisi Keraton Surakarta dan Yogyakarta. Upacara pernikahan dalam budaya Jawa berpegang pada aturan baku/pakem. Aturan dan tata cara tersebut tidak hanya memperlihatkan nilai keindahan (estetik) semata, tetapi juga mengandung makna filosofis. Desa Nengahan, Kecamatan Bayat, Klaten masih berusaha menjunjung nilai budaya Jawa dalam prosesi pernikahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali dan mengkaji prosesi pernikahan yang diselenggarakan di Desa Nengahan, Bayat, Klaten. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, literatur, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh lalu diolah dengan pendekatan kualitatif (Amiri, 1995, h.34). Hasil penelitian adalah bahwa masyarakat Desa Nengahan, Bayat, Klaten memiliki pandangan hidup terhadap pernikahan sebagai sesuatu sakral dan suci. Prosesi pernikahan adat Jawa ini memang tidak diselenggarakan secara lengkap, tetapi masih berpegang pada atutan baku pernikahan Jawa.
News is part of the mass media that is easily accessible to all people. News has the characteristics of language is short, concise and objective. The use of language in writing news must pay attention to the writing of word structures, word formation in accordance with PUEBI. One of the word formation that occurs is the result of affixation process. One of the productive affixes in Indonesian is the prefix ber-. This study discusses the derivational affixes contained in mass media coverage in Indonesia. Data sources came from national, regional, and local online mass media during the period of September 2020. Data were obtained using observation methods and note-taking techniques. Data were analyzed using the split method with direct element sharing techniques. The use of the affix on the Indonesian mass media in the form of Ber+N= V has the meaning (1) in the state; (2) obtain, produce; (3) have; and (4) reflexive. Whereas Ber+A= V means 'in a state'. Ber+Adv.= V means 'in a state'. Ber+N= Num. has the meaning of 'collection / collective', and Ber+bound morpheme= V has the meaning (1) 'in a state'; (2) 'have'. Variations in the use of affixes are mostly carried out in the national media and the affixes of ber- which are not yet available in the Kridalaksana book are Ber+Adv.= V, Ber+N= Num. , and Ber+bound morpheme= V.
Advances in communication information technology have made various infrastructures dependent on cybernetics technology. However, there are threats to the system. One of the threats discussed in the context of the study of international humanitarian law is cybernetics war, which is carried out by high entities such as the state. The threat is coordinated with the armed forces or military in order to gain an advantage over the opponent. Recognizing that there are ever-evolving and very dynamic threats to the sovereignty of the state and nation, in this case by considering advances in internet technology, the government has formulated regulations regarding cyber defence as an effort to overcome cyberattacks that cause disruption to the implementation of national defence, so that it can realized cyber defence (cyber defence). In general, there have been a number of national laws and regulations governing matters relating to activities in cyberspace. The research method of the paper used normative legal research to collect and analyse legal material regarding two main concepts, namely: cyber warfare regulations and information regulations. The nature of legal research was to provide prescription on legal concept or legal phenomenon. The paper finds out that Tallinn Manual is a legal concept that give an instruction to respond cyber-attack, in which the concept can be adopted. In the meantime, in legal vacuum of cyber warfare regulation, the concept inside Tallinn Manual can be interpret to the existing law in Indonesia. Findings in the paper indicates that cyber-attack according to existing regulation can be classified into three categories, namely: ordinary attack, middle attack or terrorism, and massif attack or cyber warfare.
