A model of intersubjective interaction processes has been built. The features of the organization of the process of interaction between education, science and production, the main aspects of the clustering algorithm of the established criteria and indicators of development are described. The principles of the ESM quality strategy are established.

The article discusses the mechanism of network distribution of collective responsibility on the basis of the formulated principles of the Education Science Manufacturing (ESM) quality model, provides examples of the implementation of elements of network interaction with production through surveys of employers through design and educational programs evaluation systems.
