The article is devoted to pressing issues in the field of instrumentation and measuring equipment: the correct assignment of tolerances and landings in the manufacture and assembly of parts and assemblies of measuring transducers of physical quantities. In the process of developing converters, an obligatory design procedure is the construction of mathematical models of dimensional chains, which are analytical and numerical equations consisting of geometric dimensions shown in the drawings. Moreover, these models include both nominal geometric and angular dimensions, and the tolerances adopted on them. Using the minimum-maximum methods, it is quite simple to calculate the dimensional chains for simple parts and assemblies. Complex parts and assemblies having a large number of sizes included in the dimensional chains are calculated by statistical methods using specialized programs.
The influence of environmental factors on the population life and activities is beyond any question. Technogenic objects change the quality of the environment and influence its state. It is extremely important to take measures on control and minimization of such action with the use of modern technologies. A large number of researchers study this problem and propose their solutions based upon the principles of the program “Digital Economy”. The advantages of these projects include the line of the research targeted at the prevention of possible threats to human life and safety. The disadvantages consist in the fact that the papers consider either normal or emergency situations; besides, there is no an integral indicator used to describe the human state in such designed environment. The authors propose a Concept of human environmental well-being (HEW CONCEPT) allowing for the generation of methods, ways, algorithms and methodologies for timely identification and elimination of hazard parameters and medical aid provision with the application of modern technologies.
The article discusses the possibility of using a new digital automated medical hardware complex which ensures health control of energy enterprise personnel. The considered complex consists of separate functional devices. Thanks to their technical characteristics a high reliability of the registered physiological parameters of the examined workers can be obtained. Thus, we get high reliability of personnel health monitoring. The automated complex carries out digital data processing. According to this data the prognostic state of the employee is issued. It plays a key role in improving safety at electric power enterprises, reduces the risk of accidents caused by personnel.
The connection between the state of the territorial technosphere and the ecological well-being of man is obvious. Modern research is aimed at studying the effect of pollutants on individual natural systems and do not take into account their complex effects. The assessment is carried out according to individual parameters, not combined into generalizing indicators characterizing the state of the territorial technosphere as a whole and not taking into account the contribution of each. A method for processing measurement information is proposed, which makes it possible to evaluate the contribution of each impact to the final coagulation index. This index characterizes the state of the territorial technosphere taking into account the current aspects and the analyzed criteria and allows, using the method of hierarchy analysis, to determine the weighting coefficients for each aspect. A feature of the proposed method implementation is the lack of subjectivity in the ranking of the analyzed criteria due to the use of not subjective expert assessments, but quantitative values enshrined in regulatory legal acts. The results of such an analysis are important for setting priorities for the implementation of environmental measures and ensuring the ecological well-being of man.
