The present investigation is concentrated on the results of different fillers over the physical, mechanical, and thermal characteristics of the epoxy polymer. These epoxy hybrid composites were produced using mechanical-stirring assisted wet layup method with coir micro-particles, fly ash, Titanium Carbide (TiC) nanoparticles, and Innegra fabrics contains simultaneous considering mechanical stirring with a stirring rod. The tensile, flexural, and inter-laminar shear characteristics of fabricated epoxy hybrid composites were determined using a universal testing machine. After the reinforcement of fly ash and TiC nanoparticles offers the most remarkable improvement in tensile, flexural, and impact strength, about 2.84, 1.65, and 9.19 times compared with pure epoxy polymer. The differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) showed the epoxy hybrid composites' enhanced thermal stability. The homogeneity of fillers dispersion in the epoxy polymer was observed from a scanning electron microscope (SEM).
