The selection of statistical analysis techniques to be used must be adjusted to the data. Data in the form of time cycle or point position to the angle of possibility is no longer suitable to be analyzed using classical linear statistic method because the direction and the angle influence the position between one data with other data. This paper aims to examine the comparison of Linear Regression Analysis with Circular Regression Analysis. The writing method used is literature review using simulation data. Simulation of data and analysis is done with the help of R program. The results showed that circular data is better in Circular Regression Analysis than Classical Linear Regression Analysis, so the conclusion is Selection of statistical analysis techniques to be used must be adjusted with the data that already held. Operational risk is an important effort that must be carried out by every company, including sharia pawnshops, as an effort to minimize losses due to risks that occur. This study aims to determine the operational risk management conducted by PT. KC sharia pawnshop. Bengkulu during the covid 19 pandemic. This research method uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques for this study were collected through interviews with related parties at the research site. The results of this study indicate that operational risk is divided into two, namely risk to customers and risk to sharia pawnshops, including: Submission of information about products that are not comprehensive, limiting office hours, services, increasing operating expenses and decreasing profits. Factors causing operational risk are divided into internal factors from sharia pawnshops and external factors from customers, the way that is done by PT. KC sharia pawnshop. Bengkulu to overcome operational risks that occur is to focus on these two factors, optimizing controlling for all employees (internal) and also optimizing controlling for customers (external).

Pengabdian ini berjudul Optimalisasi Kecerdasan Spiritual Pada Mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Haji Dan Umrah Institut Agama Islam Negeri Metro. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu memberikan motivasi kecerdasan spiritual kepada mahasiswa, mengenai pengenalan unsur – unsur kecerdasan spiritual. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam beberapa kegiatan yaitu tahap survey yaitu sosialisasi dilakukan dengan menyusun berbagai hal yang akan disampaikan pada saat kegiatan pengabdian yang akan dilakukan yang meliputi: penyusunan materi yang akan diberikan, penyusunan jadwal pemberian materi dan survey kelokasi pengabdian. Tahap sosialisasi yaitu sebelum kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan terlebih dahulu dilakukan tahap sosialisasi yaitu melakukan silaturahmi dengan pihak Program Studi Manajemen Haji dan Umrah untuk menyampaikan maksud dan tujuan pengabdian ini. Pada tahap ini juga dilakukan jalinan kerjasama dan menentukan jadwal kegiatan pengabdian. Tim pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah dosen Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Islam Prodi Manajemen Haji dan Umrah sebanyak 1 orang. Materi yang disampaikan mengenai kecerdasan spiritual yang menyimpulkan, setiap orang memiliki bekal kecerdasan spiritual yang dibawanya kelahiran. Dalam Islam, ketentuan itu disebut Fitrah. Fitrah akan tumbuh sesuai dengan asupan yang dia terima, jika yang diterima adalah energi positif maka dia tumbuh mewarnai sisi positif kehidupan seseorang, dan sebaliknya. Beberapa alternatif optimalisasi kecerdasan spiritual, antara lain: mengikat dengan ibadah, mengikat dengan Al-Qur'an, mengikat dengan rumah shalat, mengikat pada amalan sunnah, mengikat dengan sifat muraqabah kepada Allah SWT. Keberadaan kecerdasan spiritual itu sama pentignya dengan kecerdasan intelektual, bahkan kehadirannya untuk menyelaraskan dan mengoptimalkan kerja intelektual dan emosional.
