The approach in this study is an explanatory research that is used to describe the effect of the Islamic leadership and emotional intelligence on morale and performance employees. 91 employees at the Faculty of Faculty of Faculty of Education & Teacher Training and Faculty of Science & Technology of the Alauddin State Islamic University of Makassar as a sample. Hypothesis testing is done using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the WaphPLS Ver. 5.0 as research equipment. This study analyzes the influence of Islamic leadership, emotional intelligence on morale and performance of employees. The research proves that the Islamic leadership is a positive and significant effect on employee morale. The low of emotional intelligence cannot provide significant effect on the increase in employee morale. Islamic Leadership can make to improve employee performance. The low of emotional intelligence cannot provide significant effect on employee performance. The high employee morale and demonstrated by employees is now making a positive and significant effect to employee performance. Morale is significantly functioning as a mediating variable in explaining the Islamic leadership effect on employee performance. This study aims to: (1) To find out the effect of social assistance on poverty alleviation in parepare city; (2) To know the influence of community empowerment through small and medium micro enterprises on poverty alleviation in parepare city; (3) To find out how much influence social assistance and community empowerment through small and medium micro enterprises to poverty alleviation in parepare city. This study uses primary and secondary data. Based on the problem formulation and research hypothesis that has been described earlier, it appears that the relationship between the variables that are the focus of this study as a whole shows complex and tiered casual relationships. This relationship involves dependent variables i.e. poverty alleviation; independent variables i.e. social assistance and community empowerment through small and medium-sized micro enterprises. The results showed that: 1) social assistance has no partial significant effect on poverty alleviation in parepare city 2) community empowerment has a partial significant effect on poverty alleviation in parepare city 3) social assistance and community empowerment through small and medium micro enterprises provide determination of influence contribution of 68% to poverty alleviation in parepare city

This study aims to determine the role of the philosophy of sipakatau, sipakainge, sipakalebbi and pammali in improving SMEs tax compliance in Makassar City. This study uses a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach with interpretive paradigm by Max Weber and the informants used in this study are SMEs and tax officials in Makassar City. Data methods used are data reduction, triangulation, data presentation, data verification, conclusions, and the final meaning of the study. The results of this study stated that internalizing the culture of sipakatau, sipakainge, sipakalebbi and pammali would be able to improve the SMEs tax compliance of in Makassar City.
