The use of agile methods for software development has grown to a large extent in the last few years. These methods ensure the quick delivery of software products with minimal cost and user satisfaction. Though these techniques were initially developed for small developmental teams, certain challenges have been observed when these methods are applied on large scale. However, we have conducted a systematic literature review (SLR) for the identification of motivators for adopting agile methods on a large scale from a management perspective. Thus, we have identified a total of 21 motivators for adopting agile methods on a large scale from a management perspective. Among these motivators, some were marked as critical motivators depending on variables, e.g., the factors critical in one variable might not be critical in another variable. The factors which were recorded as critical in all variables are strong executive support, agile development environment training and learning, agile development expertise, team competency, and briefing of top management on agile. Furthermore, we also found that the impact of different motivators was different depending on time and place for project manager guidance, i.e., some motivators were most critical in one region while less critical in another. Similarly, some of the motivators were more critical in previous decades but less critical in recent decades because of different improvements in software processes and technologies. These motivators are also analyzed from different angles, i.e., decade-wise and region wise for project managers guidance. The motivators are extracted from a sample of 58 research papers identified via an SLR process. Finally, we have analyzed the identified motivators based on various variables, such as continents and digital libraries. INDEX TERMS Large-scale agile, agile software development, systematic literature review, adopting agile methodology, success factors. I. INTRODUCTION Agile methods were meant for practice in single or small development teams and projects [1]. However, due to its usefulness, these methods can be applied in Large-Scale Agile Development (LSAD) teams and projects as well. Adopting Agile methods in larger projects and teams [2], is difficult as compared to smaller ones-which is the first choice-larger ones will need more coordination. Research-based on data on the low student learning outcomes. Internal and external factors cause little learning outcomes. Previous research has concluded that valid and practical E-learning media will streamline the learning process. Research focuses on one of the external factors that cause low learning outcomes. E-learning media is an external factor that is the focus of research. This study aims to analyze the E-learning media on learning outcomes. The analysis results will provide an overview of E-learning media's influence on improving learning outcomes. The increase in learning outcomes in the form of post-test scores on E-learning media is carried out. This research is an experimental study with a randomized control-group post-test only design, where the research subjects were students majoring in automotive engineering. Samples were taken randomly using data collection in data test for student learning outcomes in the Automotive Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, UNP. The collected learning outcome test data were analyzed according to the data analysis process, and the results were tested to examine E-learning media's effect on improving student learning outcomes. The test results showed an increase in learning outcomes by 25.33%. The research concludes that E-learning media has no significant impact on learning outcomes.
This research is a development of previous research entitled "Designing Regenerative Shock Absorber as a Vibration Energy Harvesting Tool on Vehicles" in the PUPT scheme funded by PNBP UNP 2017. In this study optimization of design oriented to energy generation was carried out while also paying attention to aspects driving comfort that might change due to the installation of a harvesting energy mechanism. One aspect of the change occurred in the type of magnet used, namely a ring type magnet with a type of neodymium material. From the test results obtained by changing the value of the efficiency of the shock absorber after the ERSA mechanism is installed by 2%, this condition also has an impact on the dissimilarity of the attenuation value obtained by 2% for the front-rear (left) and (right) wheels. In terms of generation voltage obtained the maximum generation voltage obtained is 25,600 mV. Based on the data obtained, it needs further development ERSA, especially in the aspect of the electromagnetic mechanism to optimize the generation of electrical energy.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
