The article presents the effectiveness indicators of a brand new methodology developed by Kyrgyzstan. It focuses on application of outdoor ethnic games for the improvement of health status and endurance level of adults aged 50-55 in mid-mountain regions. The obtained results are applicable for the refinement of training process and the improvement of physical qualities of elderly people in special climate conditions. We analyzed the indicators of physical fitness, physical status, adaptive potential and endurance of adults aged 50-55. The outcomes demonstrated effectiveness of using outdoor ethnic games for the improvement of health status and the deceleration of age-related changes in the studied group. The reason is that all ethnic games have an active impact on all muscle groups, develop motor qualities and raise endurance. The purpose is to develop the methodology of application of outdoor ethnic games for the improvement of physical status and workability of persons of pre-retirement age in mid-mountain regions in Kyrgyzstan and to determine its effectiveness. Research methods: anthropometry, physiometry (body length, body weight, heart rate, blood pressure); functional tests: Davydenko 6-scale momentum test (Cooper test); methods of mathematical statistics. Results: In our research, we first identified the indicators of adaptive potential, the nature of adaptation, characteristics of functional state, physical status, and stamina level according to Davydenko 6-scale momentum test. We assessed the functional state of cardiovascular system according to the endurance coefficient. We used 12-minute Cooper test and monitoring of maximum oxygen consumption to identify the physical fitness degree of individuals of pre-retirement age who practice outdoor ethnic games in mid-mountain regions in Kyrgyzstan. Conclusion. We carried out the comparative analysis of current functional adaptation status of men playing ethnic games. The first observation revealed the decrease in body functional abilities. The second observation revealed the tension of adaptation mechanisms in men and women. Both men and women had either medium or high physical status. The studied group practicing modern physical culture demonstrated the same results and the same physical status. Results of Davydenko test show the increasing fitness level in both groups. Functional indicators of studied groups demonstrate the intensification of cardiac activity. It provides sufficient functional capabilities at the cost of functional reserves. Level of physical capacity degree in studied groups: satisfactory, good and high. The index of maximal oxygen consumption demonstrate good health of people in both groups.
The paper presents the results of research conducted for the first time in Kyrgyzstan under conditions of middle mountains aimed at studying the influence of ethnic games on the parameters of the componential composition of adults’ bodies with the help of bioimpedance analysis. 92 adults in the age of 50-57 y.o. have been studied. In the group of ethnic games, 47 out of 92 (30 men and 17 women) were studied during the first inspection. 23 people (11 men and 12 women) had been studied during the second inspection. 22 people (9 men and 13 women) had been investigated in the group of modern physical culture. Analysis of methodological literature, bioimpedance analysis (TANITA RD-953). Statistical data processing was supported by the program SPSS 22. The application of the bioimpedance method aimed at analyzing the influence of ethnic games and modern means of physical culture on the parameters of the adults’ body componential composition has shown the objective results of changes in the indices of respondents’ body componential structure. During the second inspection of the healthy men and women at the age of 50-57 body composition involved into playing ethnic games, there had been revealed reliable changes (Р<0,05) in such indices, as body weight, body build index, the total mass of fat, physical type, visceral fat, biological age, and water content. Comparative analysis of body composition between the group of men and women engaged in ethnic games and the groups of respondents engaged in modern physical culture means revealed that the men and women of both groups have indices of body build index, the total mass of fat, visceral fat, bone mass, physical type and biological age conforming to norms. The obtained results indicate the effectiveness and productivity of the bioimpedance analysis application for determining the influence on the componential composition of body and physical condition of adult people at the age of 50-57 years. They are occupied with ethnic games and modern means of physical culture in the conditions of mountain climate.
Ethnical outdoor games affect all muscle groups and have a positive effect on respiratory system. When studying indicators of external respiratory system (chest excursion, lungs capacity, respiratory rate, Stange and Genchi tests), we can assess the impact of ethnic outdoor games on human body. Purpose: to reveal improvement of indicators of the respiratory system of people aged 50-55 during ethnical games of Kyrgyz people in the middle mountains region. Research methods and organization. The analysis of scientific and methodical literature was carried out with the use of the following methods: physiometry (chest excursion, lungs capacity, respiratory rate); specific breathing tests (Stange and Genchi tests); mathematic and statistical methods. The significance of difference between the homogeneous indicators was assessed in accordance with the critical value of Student t-criterion. Research results and discussion. The study resulted in identification of average statistical indicators and indicators of the significance of difference in chest excursion, lungs capacity, respiratory rate, Stangе and Genchi test outcomes of men and women practicing ethnic outdoor games and modern techniques of physical activity. Conclusion. Comparative analysis of the data obtained from two surveys demonstrated significant improvement of the indicators of chest excursion, lungs capacity and respiratory rate of men and women practicing ethnical outdoor games. Respiratory tests revealed a significant increase in the functional reserve of the respiratory system of men and women in both groups. In terms of the Stange test, there was significant difference in favor of the 2nd survey. According to the results of the Genchi test, the 2nd examination showed certain increase for men and significant increase for women.
