In this study, there are two variables, namely Variable X (Leadership) and Variable Y (Performance). This research was conducted to determine the Leadership at the Class IIA Karawang Penitentiary, Employee Performance at the Class IIA Penitentiary Karawang. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method to discuss the problem formulation of how Leadership in Correctional Class IIA Karawang and employee performance at Correctional Class IIA Karawang, and verification analysis to discuss the formulation of the problem of how much influence Leadership has on Employee Performance in Class Penitentiary. IIA Karawang. The data used are primary and secondary data collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires (questionnaires), and literature. The hypothesis of this research is that there is an influence of leadership on employee performance in Correctional Institution class IIA Karawang. To measure the magnitude of the effect of these variables, Simple Linear Regression and Correlation Coefficients and Coefficients of Determination were used with the help of the IBM SPSS application program. Based on the results of data analysis using statistical methods, namely Simple Linear Regression, the Coefficient of Determination (KD) value is 0.45. Based on these results, it can be concluded that Leadership has an effect on Employee Performance at the Class IIA Karawang Penitentiary.
The purpose of this research was to study the effect of the reward, the quality of work life and job satisfaction on lecturer organizational citizenship behavior Polytechnic Naval Postgraduate School and the Naval Command and Staff Colledge Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey method. Samples of this study were 77 lecturers with selected randomly. It can be concluded that: (1) the reward has a direct influence on the organizational citizenship behavior lecturer, (2) the quality of working life has a direct influence on the behavior of organizational citizenship lecturers, (3) job satisfaction has a direct influence on the behavior of organizational citizenship lecturers, (4) reward has a direct influence on job satisfaction lecturer, and (5) the quality of work life has a direct influence on job satisfaction of teachers, and (6) the reward has a direct influence on the quality of work life lecturers. Therefore, to improve organizational citizenship behavior lecturer, reward, quality of work life and job satisfaction should be improved.

This study aims to determine the influence of Leadership Behavior and Competency on the Performance of Kb Extension. Sampling techniques use total sampling (n = 46), and data analysis techniques using Correlation and Regression with SPSS version 22 programs. The results showed that Leadership Behavior had a positive and significant effect on the Performance of KB Extension (t count = 10.215, p < 0.00). Competency positively and significantly affects the Performance of KB Extension (t count = 2,532, p < 0.015). Leadership and Competency Behavior simultaneously positively and significantly affects the Performance of KB Extension (F count = 94.706, p < 0.00). Contribution of Commitment and Competence to the Performance of KB Extension is shown by adjusted R Square value of 0.701 or (70.1%). The remaining 29.9% is affected by other variables. The implication of this research is that there should be a policy of the head of the Karawang District Office of Population Control and Family Planning in improving the Performance of Kb Extension Workers.
