Objectives: The success of the company's institutions and organizations is inseparable from the support of its employees in seeking to improve their performance so that the ability and job satisfaction of its employees is very important to be given more attention to achieve the desired success or goals of the company. Therefore a company or organization must really pay attention to its employees by means of recruitment processes, education, and also work facilities that must support them. This is done in order to improve employee performance and job satisfaction.Methodology: The method used in this study is to use a quantitative descriptive method. This study uses the PLS SEM model analysis for data processing. The sample used uses a saturated sample, namely all employees of PT Gag Nikel, totaling 68 people.Conclusion: Recruitment and work facilities have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Recruitment and work facilities also have a significant influence on employee performance. While education has no significant effect on job satisfaction and education also has no effect on performance. Job satisfaction also has no significant effect on employee performance.

Agility leadership is the ability to identify, find and engage stakeholders. Motivation encourages an understanding of The State Civil Apparatus (SCA) goals that employees want to achieve. Organizational culture also has a positive and significant effect on Agility Leadership. This quantitative research uses a SEM-PLS approach. Quantitative research is the search for explanations and universal laws that are formulated in a quantitative approach that is more directed at things that are general in nature. Based on the results of the study, the researchers concluded that Agility leadership had a major effect on The State Civil Apparatus (SCA) satisfaction and performance at work.
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leadership style and employee competence on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior. The research is included in descriptive quantitative research. The population was government employees of Sorong city, West Papua with a total sample of 30 employees. The sample was taken using a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed that there was a significant negative effect between leadership style on employee performance, a significant positive effect between leadership style on organizational citizenship behavior, a significant positive effect between employee competence variables on employee performance, a significant positive effect between employee competence on organizational citizenship behavior, a significant negative effect between organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance, a significant positive effect between leadership style on employee performance mediated by organizational citizenship behavior, and significant positive influence between employee competence on employee performance mediated by organizational citizenship behavior.
