Jampang Bogor village was one of the areas of fish farming and one of the livelihoods of its people. By utilizing situ in the village, various kinds of fish were produced. Koi ornamental fish and catfish were the hallmarks of these fish farming. Marketing was carried out by fish farmer groups directly to consumers and using online media such as Facebook, Instagram, and other social media, but still found obstacles in marketing. Community Service was conducted on 28-30 October 2018 with participants representing several groups of fish farmers in Jampang Bogor Village. The method used in the form of expository was the delivery of verbal and inquiry material, namely learning that emphasized the process of critical thinking and analytical related marketing management knowledge with an in-depth understanding of the material on how to market the results of online fish farming. Community Service activities produced an increase in knowledge for fish farmers in Jampang Village Bogor, how to manage a fish farming business to be better, able to compete and could be an example for other farmers. The Community Service activities were expected to provide inspiration and motivation for the lecturers/researchers who would carry out the same activities, the knowledge provided could benefit the community, academics, and families.
Business in the field of fisheries faced a variety of obstacles, in order to maintain the continuity of their businesses demanding fish cultivating groups in Jampang village Bogor, be able to make various improvements and innovations in improving their performances. As a manifestation of Community Service, the purpose of this research was to help fish cultivating groups formulated new business models. The research data was primary data obtained directly from the results of interviews and Focus Group Discussions with members of the fish cultivating group. The analytical tool used was Business Model Canvass with nine elements and SWOT Analysis. This research was focused on creating new business models with the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach by looking at businesses through nine elements, namely: (1) Customer segmentation, (2) Value Propositions, (3) Channels, (4) Customer relationships, (5) Revenue streams, (6) Key Resources, (7) Key Activities, (8) Key Partnerships, and (9) Cost Structure. The results indicated that the business model that had been carried out by the Fish Cultivating Group found weaknesses in the nine elements of Business Model Canvas (BMC), therefore it was necessary to improve all elements
Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menyiapkan para anggota Yayasan Raudlatul Makfufin di Buaran Serpong bisa secara mandiri melakukan pekerjaan secara efektif dan efisien atas segala kekurangan mereka. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, para anggota Yayasan masih sulit mengatur waktu mereka antara pekerjaan dan urusan pribadi dengan keluarga. Para anggota sendiri adalah para wirausaha yang sangat membutuhkan masukan dalam membagi waktu mereka yang terbatas agar lebih produktif. Target dari pengabdian ini adalah seluruh warga Taman Tunanetra Yayasan Raudlatul Makfufin di Buaran Serpong. Hasil dari Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini terbukti bahwa warga taman tuna netra Yayasan Raudlatul Makfufin di Buaran Serpong mampu mengelola waktu dalam mengerjakan aktivitas yang terencana. Hal ini dapat terlihat bagaimana para peserta dapat membuat jadwal masing masing dengan menggunakan 6 langkah yaitu Brainstorming, Breakdown Task, Priority Scale, membuat agenda yang Smart, membuat to do List dan Stop Doing List.
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan/Profitabilitas, kebijakan dividen, dan kebijakan utang terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kinerja keuangan diukur dengan Return on Assets, kebijakan dividen diukur dengan menggunakan Dividend Payout Ratio. Kebijakan Utang diukur dengan menggunakan Debt to Equity Ratio. Nilai perusahaan diukur menggunakan harga pasar per saham dibagi dengan nilai buku per saham. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan properti dan real estat yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2016-2020. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 17 perusahaan yang diperoleh melalui purposive sampling. Memperoleh data sampel sebanyak 85 data. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% (0,05). Penelitian ini diproses menggunakan software views 9.0 dan menunjukkan bahwa (1) Secara bersamaan kinerja/profitabilitas keuangan. Kebijakan dividen dan kebijakan utang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. (2) sebagian kinerja/profitabilitas keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (3) sebagian kebijakan dividen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (4) sebagian kebijakan utang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
Online marketing was one of the newest ways in business. This was inseparable from the importance of the awareness of business people. Jampang Village, Kemang District, Bogor Regency is a focus of Community Service in collaboration with LPPM University Pamulang. Limited educational background considering that low HR makes this business run slowly. The purpose of this social media marketing training is to increase the sales of catfish and ornamental fish with a wider area. The methods used are lectures, discussions, questions and answers and tutorials so that they can immediately practice ways to sell online. The result of this training is that fish farmers can advertise on Facebook in the hope that their fish farming will be more effective.
