The research aims to find out how the use of YouTube Educative as education media by students, parents, and teachers in improving knowledge, skills, and creativity generally in education and especially in mathematics studies. Besides that research also recommend YouTube Educative to help students so that learning mathematics becomes fun. This study applied descriptive qualitative research.This study applied descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were the principal (headmaster), students and mathematics teachers. The object of this research was YouTube. The results of the study found that principal (headmaster), teachers, and students had not taken the advantages of YouTube as educative media in mathematics learning activities. Youtube is mostly used for playing games, watching cartoons, funny videos, arts and cooking recipes. Recommendation related to the use of YouTube Educative help students more easily understand concepts and learn mathematics becomes more fun.
Insect pathogens that are often used to control insect pests are fungi Beauveria bassiana and Metarhizium anisopliae. One of the agar media, which is often used in the entomopathogenic function of propagation in the laboratory, is PDA (potato dextrose agar). The price of instant PDA is quite high, starting from Rp. 750,000 per 250 g doing the research costs quite large. Cheap and easily obtained abundant natural resources can be used as an alternative medium for microorganism growth to reduce the overall costs to be incurred in research. Carbohydrate sources used in this study were potatoes, cassava, sweet potatoes, corn, and rice, which were made into the agar media. Observation parameters were viability rates, colony growth rates, and sporulation of B. bassiana and M. anisopliae fungi isolates. The experiments are used in a completely randomized design (CRD) with two treatment factors. The data obtained were processed with variance and continued with the DNMRT test at 5% significance level. The results showed that cassava agar caused the highest germination at 24 hours. The highest diameter was fungi grown on potato dextrose agar. The highest sporulation was fungi grown on corn agar.

Students learn math activity increases; it is retrieved from 63.98% percentage of the cycle I and 63.98% in cycle II. With the amount of the percentage increase in the activity of students of 22.94%. The ability of the teacher to manage learning percentage amounted to 64.00% in cycle I and cycle II 83.00%, with an increase of 19.00%. The problem in this research is the lack of ability of creativity in students. To fix the issue, on the research learning model applied to Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, and Extending (CORE). Research objectives for the enhancement of creativity and learning activities of students in learning mathematics through the application of the model of learning a CORE class XI Accounting SMK Muhammadiyah 13 Sibolga. This type of research is research action class. Where the subject of this research is the grade XI Accounting SMK Muhammadiyah 13 Siboga consisting of 36 students. While the techniques and data-collecting instruments namely observation and tests. Research results can be seen from the students ' creativity ability test on cycle I with a percentage of 53% in cycle II an increase in the percentage of 82% with an increase of 29%. Activity levels of students against mathematics increases, it is retrieved from 63% percentage of the cycle I, and 82% in cycle II increased by 18%. The ability of the teacher to manage learning percentage of 72% in cycle I and 94% in cycle II, with an increase of 23%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the model Connecting, Organizing and Extending (CORE) can increase creativity in learning mathematics processed XI accounting SMK Muhammadiyah 13 Sibolga.
