To identify the effectiveness of plyometric exercises to improve muscular strength and achievement in shot put event by students (20-22 years old). The researchers used an experimental method; the sample was formed by students belonging to the institute of physical education & sports, University of Mostaganem (Algeria). Thus it was the application of the experimental method was applied on a sample of third-year students (males) of 45 students divided into two groups, first control group of 22 students and an experimental group of 23 students. While the tests used were (strength test, achievement test). After the treatment of the results by statistical means, and through these results it have been reached several conclusions of them, plyometric Exercises to develop muscular strength and achievement in shot put [discussion significant difference (*p?0.05)]. And best improve of the experimental sample based on plyometric exercises compared to the control sample, which rely more on the technical side only in shot put event.
The curriculum of physical education and sports through sports activities programmed in the secondary stage seeks to achieve a set of goals of mobility, cognitive and socio-emotional to serve the goals of physical education and sports at this stage. We find a basketball game one of these activities which need a degree of intelligence and knowledge that helps in developing the skill level of the students and selecting the teacher for the appropriate exercises to teach different basic skills. In this context, our study aims to measure the cognitive level of the students of the third secondary level, as well as their level in some basic skills. The study was conducted using a cognitive test in basketball and the selection of some technical tests according to the objectives of the curriculum, then comparing the level according to the sex variables and the level of intelligence and interaction between them and identifying the relationship between these variables. One of the students of the third year secondary school in the city of Mostaganem (Algeria), and after the statistical treatment of the results was reached the results of the most important: 1. The absence of a gender effect and the level of logical and physical intelligence and interaction between them at the cognitive level while being influenced by the level of space intelligence in favor of those with high intelligence. 2. There is a difference in the level of skill of pointing, scrolling and dialogue for the benefit of males, and there is no impact on the level of intelligence, whether logical or physical or space. 3. There is an impact of the interaction between sex and the level of spatial intelligence at the cognitive level, where males and females with high intelligence showed more response. 4. The interaction of sex and the level of intelligence, whether logical, physical or spatial, has no impact on the skills of correction, scrolling and dialogue. 5. There is a direct correlation between IQ and cognitive level as well as basic skills in basketball.

The researchers used an experimental method in conformity with research nature between pre-tests and post-tests for the sample research. The sample was formed by students belonging to the physical education and sports institute, University of Mostaganem (Algeria) of the academic year 2018/2019. 40 students were chosen and divided into two groups (experimental 21 students, control 19 students). The vertical jump test of stability and digital achievement test were used. After the treatment of the results by statistical means and through these results, it has been reached several conclusions from them. Plyometric exercises are important to develop vertical jump and digital achievement level in high jump [discussion significant difference (p≤0.05)] among students, and the best improvement of the experimental group based on plyometric exercises is marked comparing to the control group.
Abstract:The research aims to know the effect of implying plyometric method to improve the upgrading capacity and the digital achievement in the effectiveness of the long jump. Where researchers used the experimental method to the nature of research, and the sample consisted of high school students of Relizane province (Algeria). The 56 students were selected and divided into two groups in equal number, while the tests used were the broad jump test of the stability, vertical jump, and digital test achievement in the long jump. After statistical processing of the raw results, the researchers concluded that the use plyometric method in physical education and sports classes for high school students has improved the upgrading capacity, as well as digital achievement in the long jump, in addition to the superiority of the experimental sample over the control sample in the test results. The research finding confirms the effectiveness of using plyometric exercises with students while teaching in improving the digital achievement with the experimental research sample.
In the light of researches aim knowing the counselling needs for students of Institute of Physical Education and Sport, University of Abdel Hamid Ibn Badis Mostaganem (Algeria), the researcher suggest that there are many counselling needs for students this Institute, so the researcher choose the sample by using random level method of (480) students divided into two samples for building and applying uses, to achieve goals of research the researcher build research tool represented by showing counselling needs consisted of (7) fields of (81) items, placing in front of each one three replacements (always, sometime, never) then correct them by giving marks as (1,2,3) respectively, then the researcher analyzes counselling needs in its final form on applying sample of (120) students (male and female) for students Institute of Physical Education and Sport, University of Abdel Hamid Ibn Badis Mostaganem. After treating the results statistically, results showed that there are (38) counselling needs should be saturated inside the students of Institute. In the lights of research's results the researcher insisted on taking the advantages of studying counselling needs for students of physical education institute in developing counselling programs in the Institute and build it on a scientific bases emanated from a real needs of students.
