The purpose of this research is to constructivist learning theory; The aim of this course is to examine the process of creating and reinforcing knowledge of students with different achievement and mathematical motivation levels. The exploratory method was used as a research method. Six students were determined according to their mathematical achievement and mathematical motivation levels by means of tests and scales applied to the quantitative part of the study. The research data were analyzed descriptively with the help of RBC+C theory. Because of the constructivist approach of the researcher during the interviews, although the formation was constructed in all of the students, the students who had lower motivation level had difficulty in the consolidating process. In addition, it can be said that the students with high motivation internalize the information better than the students with low motivation regardless of their success level.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
