The importance of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) for all levels of education is undeniable, since to a large extent the expected results in this area are articulated with variables such as innovation, creativity and research, which are favored when they are mediated by technologies. With the purpose of reflecting on the contributions that ICT can generate for education processes in Colombia, in the post-conflict stage, the results of a qualitative research that analyzed the different approaches that are currently suggested to incorporate ICT in the educational field are presented below. The final results allow us to understand the methodologies to be followed so that the transition to virtual education environments can be carried out gradually.
El presente artículo tiene como propósito analizar cómo la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE) puede ser una herramienta de utilidad para la construcción de una nueva forma de gestión empresarial, facilitadora de la creación de valor y mecanismo para fomentar relaciones redituables en lo económico, social y ambiental. Los resultados indican que el éxito organizacional no debe cimentarse sobre los principios tradicionales, sino que deben anclarse a procesos que desde la gestión empresarial estimulen componentes como la innovación de productos y servicios, generando de esta manera un escenario de desarrollo sostenible que finalmente se vea soportado por el crecimiento en el mediano y largo plazo. Finalmente, se concluye que la RSE es una política que contribuye a la transformación de la gestión, contribuyendo a crear escenarios de mayor competitividad y productividad.
