This concept is the intersection of Chinese and Western ancient and modern philosophical thoughts. It is deeply rooted in the Sinicized Marxist socialist philosophy. This paper attempts to simplify its understanding and enhance its pragmatism consciousness under the background of China-Africa cooperation.
