This study aims to describe and explain the implementation of village fund management in improving village community empowerment, perhaps in the Orong Telu sub-district. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The technique used to collect data is through observation, interviews and documentation. Informants in this study were the village head, head of finance, head of welfare, head of BPD, head of youth organization and community beneficiaries of village funds. The data were analyzed using Miles Huberman's theory. The results of this study indicate that the management of village funds in the Possi Village, starting from planning, implementation, administration, to reporting and accountability is carried out properly and transparently. For the realization of village funds in the Possibility Village in the field of physical development in the form of road and agricultural infrastructure development, while in the field of empowerment in the form of, Socialization and Technical Guidance, Equity Participation in Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), PKK and Posyandu Activities, Social Empowerment, Direct Cash Assistance Funds Villages (BLTDD) and Covid-19 Prevention and Handling.
This study aims to know the base sector and the potential sector of economy in NTB Province in 2016-2020.The data used in this study was secondary data in form time series data namely Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) based on constant prices 2010. The analytical tools used were Locational Quotient (LQ), Shift Share (SS) and Growth Ratio Model (MRP). The results of study showed that there were 9 of base sectors in West Nusa Tenggara Province namely mining and quarrying sector with value index of 2.39, then the health and social activities sector with value index of 1.78 and the agricultural sector with value index of 1.77.While for the potential sectors in West Nusa Tenggara Province (NTB) for the period of 2016-2020, there were 11 potential sectors in which its growth were slow in NTB but it were fast at the national level and there were 3 potential sectors in which its growth were slow at the National level while it were fast in NTB namely the Mining and Quarrying sector,Transportation and Warehousing, and Provision of Accommodation and Food and Drink.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of consumer behavior on purchasing decisions for Honda motorcycles at the Astra Motor dealer, Sumbawa district. This type of research is associative research. The data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from primary sources. The number of samples in this study were 30 samples. The method used to collect data is through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis, t test and determinant coefficient test (R2). The results of the study show that consumer behavior has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Honda motorcycles at the Astra Motor Sumbawa Besar Dealer. The degree of influence of consumer behavior variables on purchasing decisions for Honda motorcycles at the Astra Motor Sumbawa Besar Dealer is 71.3%, while the remaining 28.7% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.
This study aims to know the effect the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) toward employees’ performance in the transmission and distribution sector of Batulanteh Regional water enterprise (PDAM). Type of this study was an associative study which aims to determine the effect or relationship of occupational safety and health (K3) variables as independent variables (X) with employee performance variables as the dependent variable (Y). The data used were quantitative data in the form of respondents' perceptions regarding the object of research collected through questionnaires. Data obtained from the source, namely employees of the transmission and distribution division of PDAM Batulanteh with number of respondents were 20 respondents. Data analyses were used simple linear regression analysis techniques, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient test (R2). Based on the results of data analysis, it was known that t-value of the occupational safety and health (K3) variable toward employees’ performance was 1,945 and the t-table value at the level of ? = 5% was 2,101 (1,945 <2,101). It means that safety and health occupational (K3) variable did not affect the performance of employees in the transmission and distribution sector of PDAM Batulanteh. The ability of safety and health occupation (K3) variables in explaining the variance of changes in employee performance variables in the transmission and distribution sector of PDAM Batulanteh was 12.8%, while the remaining of 87.2% was explained by other variables outside of this study.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh faktor-faktor yang diteliti yang mampu mempengaruhi pendapatan kamar, serta menentukan faktor yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi pendapatan kamar pada hotel Baha-Baha Sekongkang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam analisis ini adalah koefesien regresi linier berganda. Variable-variabel yang diteliti yang dianggap berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan kamar pada Hotel Baha-Baha Sekongkang adalah tarif kamar, biaya promosi dan jumlah kamar. Berdasarakan metode penelitian, penelitian ini menggunakan metode interview dan ovservasi dalam memperoleh data, sedangkan data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, ternyata faktor jumlah kamar merupakan faktor yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi pendapatan kamar. Faktor-faktor tariff kamar dan biaya promosi walaupun tidak sedominan faktor jumlah kamar, namun secara bersama-sama mampu mempengaruhi pendapatan kamar yang telah dibuktikan melalui uji F dengan menggunkan program SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ternyata pada Hotel Baha-Baha Sekongkang jumlah kamar merupakan hal yang paling mendominasi pendapatan kamar yang ada
