Objective: This study aimed to analyze the drug interactions associated with angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors for treating hypertensionat Karya Bhakti Pratiwi Hospital between July and December 2016.Methods: This was an analytical, descriptive, cross-sectional study based on the prescription and medical record data of hospitalized patients treatedwith an ACE inhibitor and one or more other drugs. Data were included by purposive sampling.Results: The final analysis was conducted with 120 prescriptions from 71 patients. We found that ACE inhibitors were associated with 139 potentialinteractions with other drugs in 75 prescriptions (53.96%); of these, 52 were major interactions and 87 were moderate interactions. The Mann–Whitney U-test confirmed that the potential drug interactions were significantly associated with polypharmacy (p<0.05), but the Chi-square testshowed no association with either gender or pathophysiology (p>0.05). Finally, the Kruskal–Wallis test revealed no significant relationship betweenage and potential drug interactions (p>0.05).Conclusion: The final analysis was conducted with 120 prescriptions from 71 patients. Objective: This study aimed to measure and compare the effectivity and cost of the two types of ceftriaxone to determine the more cost-effective treatment. Methods:In a cross-sectional analytical study, prescription and administrative financial data were retrospectively collected using the total sampling method. Data of 63 patients, comprising 43 and 20 patients treated with generic and patent ceftriaxone, respectively, were analyzed. The effectiveness of the treatment was measured in terms of the length of hospital stay of the patients. The total cost of the treatment was the total median of the costs of drugs, laboratory examinations, medical device usage, physician service, and hospitalization. Results:The effectiveness of both generic and patent ceftriaxone was 4 days of hospital stay. Cost-effectiveness ratio of generic ceftriaxone was Rp 575,937.25/day and that of patent ceftriaxone was Rp 888,601.75/day. Conclusion:Generic ceftriaxone was more cost-effective than patent ceftriaxone.
Layanan Pelayanan kefarmasian yakni pelayanan serta bertanggung jawab kepada pasien yang mengaitkan sediaan farmasi dengan tujuan buat menggapai hasil yang nyata serta tingkatkan mutu hidup pasien. Salah satu aspek analisis kepuasan pasien adalah pencapaian kualitas pelayanan di apotek. Kasus dalam peresepan serta banyak perihal yang dikeluhkan penderita, peneliti tertarik guna melaksanakan penelitian. Riset ini dilakukan guna melihat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan formula di Apotek K24 Sejahtera Depok. Penelitian merupakan penelitian observasional prospektif, data yang digunakan ialah data asli yang diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung dengan kuesioner. Kemudian dilakukan pengolahan deskriptif terhadap data yang didapat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini meliputi seluruh pasien Apotek K 24 Kemakmuran Depok yang berkunjung dengan membawa resep. Sampel penelitian diambil secara accidental sampling yaitu sebanyak 96 orang. Hasil penelitian ini ada sebanyak 54 responden berjenis kelamin wanita dan 42 responden berjenis kelamin pria, dimana 34,38% lebih banyak responden berusia 26-35 tahun dengan tingkat pendidikan tertinggi SMA/SMK sebanyak 59,38% dan sebagian besar responden pegawai swasta yakni sebanyak 42,71%. Dari hasil tingkat kepuasan didapatkan perolehan hasil dimensi Bukti Fisik sebesar 92,70%, dimensi Keandalan 89,60%, dimensi Jaminan 78,10%, dimensi Kepedulian 80,20%, sertaimensi Daya Tanggap sebesar 81,30%.
Pelayanan farmasi rumah sakit adalah bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari sistem pelayanan kesehatan rumah sakit yang berorientasi kepada pelayanan pasien, penyediaan obat yang bermutu, pelayanan farmasi klinik yang terjangkau bagi semua lapisan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian penulisan resep pasien non BPJS rawat jalan dengan formularium Rumah Sakit Islam Bogor periode Oktober – Desember 2019. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan data diperoleh dari pengumpulan lembar resep yang kemudian ditelaah. Penggunaan suatu obat dikatakan sesuai dengan formularium apabila obat yang diresepkan terdapat dalam formularium rumah sakit. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kesesuaian penulisan resep dengan formularium berdasarkan item obat (98,79%), dan berdasarkan lembar resep (96,55%). Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa presentase kesesuaian obat dengan formularium rumah sakit masih belum sesuai berdasarkan Standar Pelayanan Minimal Rumah Sakit tahun 2008 yaitu (100%), maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi agar penulisan resep sesuai dengan formularium rumah sakit
