Based on the data of 30000t/a CO2 capture & purification pilot scale test in Shengli power plant, the principle and method of CO2 compression and liquefaction were introduced, the calculation model of energy consumption for CO2 liquefaction process was built, the effection factors of CO2 purification power were analyzed, the ways to optimize energy saving were discussed. The results show that: (1) improving liquefaction pressure can effectively reduce the total power of CO2 compression and liquefaction, as the compression pressure increases, the compression power increases while the liquefaction power and total power reduce; (2) While the liquefaction pressure is less than 3.3MPa, compression power is less than liquefaction power, While the liquefaction pressure is greater than 3.3MPa, compression power is greater than liquefaction power; (3) While the liquefaction pressure of CO2 at the critical pressure 7.4 MPa, the theoretical total power is minimum.
Military SoS increasingly shows its relation of complex network. According to complex network theory, we construct a SoS network topology model for network warfare simulation. Analyzing statistical parameters of the model, it is concluded that the topology model has small-world, high-aggregation and scale-free properties. Based on this model we mainly simulate and analyze vulnerability of the network. And this provides basis for analysis of the robustness and vulnerability of real battle SoS network.
In the article the flow field in the twin-tangential annular flow gas distributor was simulated based on the standard k-ε turbulent model with FLUENT software according to various distance L between sleeve and column wall and differing numbers of baffles, after comprehensively analyzing, got the best technological parameters with misdistribution factor and pressure drop. Based on the analysis of the flow field discipline of the twin-tangential annular flow gas distributor and the two-line vane gas distributor, and the systematic comparison of the performance of these two kinds of gas distributors in the flue gas CO2 absorption column, the research will provide the important theoretical foundation for the choosing and designing of the distributor of the flue gas CO2 absorber.
Nowadays, ring die, which is a key component in ring mouleded roll forming machine, is applied more in domestic. But it has a higher machine maintenance costs and lower efficienc, and its life becomes shorter under the conditions of high temperature and pressure. By comparing the different simulation length-diameter ratio of the stress field cloud maps, which are anlyzed by ANSYS software, the best length-diameter ratio was gotten in this paper.
In this paper, we analyze the abrasion wear of the ring die in the theoretical way. Firstly, we obtain the abrasion wear belonging to three-dimensional abrasion wear and soft material wear , then realize three-d modeling of the ring die with the aid of Pro/Engineering. Lastly, we conduct numerical simulation by using finite element analysis software ANSYS, and we draw a conclusion that die cone angle and radian are the important elements to the life of the ring die.
