Abstract.A climbing robot's moving mechanism based on permanent magnet adsorption is proposed, which has a four-wheel structure including two driving permanent magnet wheels and two universal wheels. The problems of the robot's adsorption reliability is put a special effort to study. The force situations of robot at the horizontal position and vertical position are analyzed respectively, and the robot's mechanical model and the conditions of stability are built. The simulation experiments are carried out SolidWorks and ADAMS, and the results of simulations show its correctness.
We display a theoretical and experimental study of all-optical switching for signal lasers based on the plasma channel induced by the control laser. Using the plasma channel generated in the carbon disulfide (CS 2 ) solution, the signal light can be modulated as some spatial distributions including unchanging, ring-shaped beam, and other intensity profiles. The modulation on the signal light can be conveniently adjusted by changing the control light's incident intensity distribution. We can infer the dark spot shape in the modulated signal laser through the intensity profile of control laser beam. These results provide the great potential of plasma channel induced by lasers as an all-optical switching for various optoelectronic applications.
This paper established a flexible measurement subsystem by integrating use of the coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and stereo vision, which could achieve the flexible and fast multi-dimensional information measurement for the engine parts. Furthermore, through an effective multi-sensor measurement data matching and fusion, a reversing strategy based on the features and constraints of parts was proposed, and a comprehensive multi-software reversing platform with the core of UG software was adopted as the reversing software environment. The measuring subsystem and reverse platform were linked into a whole system by data sharing of multi-format seamlessly, and also could run independently for different fields. So, This system was of the flexibility and openness features.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
