The rapid development of technologies affects the financial technology sector, especially e-money in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the determinant from intention and use behavior of financial technology (e-money) using UTAUT2 as the model. This research took place in Jabodetabek, with a total sample of 300 people as the respondents. The purposive sampling method is used as the sampling method in this study. The scale which is used in this study is the Likert scale with a range of 1-5. Data were analyzed using descriptive and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that performance expectations, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitation conditions, and habits are factors that influence the intention and use of e-money. On the other hand, hedonic motivation and price value do not affect behavioral intention. It indicates that using financial technology is a must and not depend on user motivation or the price of the technology. These results provide implications about several factors as the determinant of e-money for stakeholders to develop the strategy for e-money based on the most influential factor that affects consumers as users. While developing e-money technology, the developer should take into account factors such as performance expectations, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitation conditions, and habits.
In order to face a competitive market environment, knowing the position of the product itself and competitors is needed. Coffee is the main tropical commodity traded in the world. Coffee has great potential and is very competitive. The research objective is to determine the competitiveness of Indonesian coffee and processed coffee beans exports in the international market by using Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) to analyze the trade that occurs in several other major exporters such as Brazil, Colombia, and Vietnam as competitors of Indonesian coffee and analyze strategies to increase the competitiveness of Indonesian coffee export in the international market. Indonesia has an average RCA value of 3.64 and is the smallest value compared to other world coffee exporting countries. The small RCA value indicates that Indonesia's comparative advantage still needs to be improved. Based on Export Product Dynamics (EPD), it is known that there are three countries, including Indonesia, which has lost opportunities to be able to trade with other countries, especially coffee products. This condition makes Indonesia needs to improve. Production activities and maintain quality. Indonesian coffee products have a variety of types, which, when used, will increase the competitiveness of the Indonesian state.
The development of technology, which is increasingly fast, provides distortion to many sectors of the business. At present, all areas inevitably use technology as part of business acceleration. Agricultural e-commerce is one of the firms that is currently developing and trying to be an alternative in providing agricultural product needs. The approach used in the study is AISAS and partial least square. The results of the survey that companies need to improve sharing behavior and apply the effects of guerilla marketing better.
Many pharmaceutical companies run into financial problems, while the pharmaceutical sub-sector is a vital industry that manufactures and sells pharmaceutical products in Indonesia. Currently the pharmaceutical sub-sector faces government policies related to the application of e-catalogs, BPJS health policies and very high dependence on raw materials in producing drugs. The panel data regression method is used with two models of financial distress companies, altans and DSC in predicting financial problems with a sample of 7 companies that have been listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. In addition, this study was conducted to determine the condition of financial distress on stock returns. The results are known to show that there is a decrease in financial ratios in each company, this has implications for the decline in the financial distress model. At the same time it was known that there was a decline in returns of shares from each pharmaceutical company.
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang berkaitan dengan pembentukan strategi pengembangan di klinik. Penelitian ini ditujukan pada tema strategi pengembangan bisnis klinis. Selain itu, penelitian ini akan menggunakan perspektif pengembangan bisnis yang berkelanjutan. Data yang dikumpulkan bersumber dari para ahli dengan keahlian yang berbeda. Pakar penilai diminta untuk memberikan penilaian kuesioner yang terkait dengan lingkungan internal dan lingkungan eksternal klinik. Laporan keuangan yang digunakan adalah dari 2015 hingga 2017. Hasil penilaian dari para ahli kemudian disesuaikan dengan Matriks IE untuk mendapatkan formulasi strategi perusahaan. Setelah mendapatkan formulasi strategi, strategi terbaik untuk klinik dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa posisi Q Medical & Dental Clinic berada di kuadran 1 yang berarti klinik direkomendasikan untuk pengembangan. Selain itu, berdasarkan penilaian QSPM, ditemukan bahwa perusahaan dapat mengimplementasikan pengembangan produk, integrasi dan penetrasi pasar. Di sisi lain, klinik juga disarankan untuk terus meningkatkan perannya dalam melindungi lingkungan. Kata kunci: klinik; pengembangan; SDG; Strategi ABSTRACT. This research is a research related to the formation of strategy development in a clinic. The discussion is aimed at the theme of the clinical business development strategy. In addition, the discussion will use a sustainable business development perspective. Data collected is sourced from experts with different expertise. The assessing experts were asked to provide a questionnaire assessment related to the internal environment and the external environment of the clinic. The financial statements used are from 2015 to 2017. The assessment results from experts are then adjusted to the IE Matrix to obtain the company's strategy formulation. After obtaining the strategy formulation, the best strategy for the clinic was conducted using the QSPM approach. The results of the study show that the position of the Q Medical & Dental Clinic is in quadrant 1 which means the clinic is recommended for development. In addition, based on the assessment of QSPM, it is found that the company can implement product development, integration and market penetration. On the other hand, clinics are also advised to continue to increase their role in protecting the environment.
