Corona-virus 19 has managed to penetrate and completely change the approach of society, thus further developing technology and giving way to the internet. The problem that arises in this paper is the technology and the inclusion of the lives of individuals in this new system of communication and action. Based on the qualitative scientific method we will seek to examine the reality of applied communication theories. The developed topic itself requires a special and dedicated research. Society is always evolving and its adaptation to socio-technological changes is required, with the advent of Corona-Virus 19 in all spheres of life. The Internet and technology are seen at this stage as the best problematic solution to not paralyze every sphere of life from daily activities, as if this were to happen we would be in a total social and global chaos. In the end, the question arises if we are ready (as a global population) to live with technology and this world order where big governments and international organizations (eg the Health Organization) are taking us and offering us?
Pupils, while learning online, have difficulty using the Internet, understand-ing information through applications, and lacking direct contact with the teacher. The methodoloy used was questionnaires for the period January-July 2021. There were 47 completed questionnaires and they contained twenty eight questions. The results of the study indicate difficulty in accessing tech-nology, limited time of online learning offered by the teacher, difficulty in concentrating by children with elements of autism as well as ascertainment by parents of lack of consideration when drafting the plan by the respon-sible educational institutions. The purpose of the study is to highlight the difficulties of autistic children in processing e-learning. A clear picture of the situation helps in designing the most appropriate educational policies, where you have to anticipate and be prepared for the exceptional situations where it is needed to use e-learning. The study is based mainly on the life experience of families who have autistic children and who are more open to seeking help and solutions, as they often feel alone and helpless.
International organizations have gained the right importance and have been named as the main actors in international relations with the end of the wars. States realized that it would be more reasonable to cooperate, thus achieving higher and faster results. For this reason, organizations of different types began to be created either by the nature of the operation or the geographic extent. Their roles and objectives have been different, some focus on the political aspects of relations between states and others have more administrative or technical functions to facilitate the work of states and form faster services to individuals. Other organizations deal with security issues and police and human rights issues. In this category are created many organisms, such as NATO, charged with state security and military interventions or the Council of Europe, with the aim of promoting democratic values, implanting them and protecting human rights. The organization that will focus on this paper is the OSCE: Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe. Among the first created in this area, with objectives to coordinate the work in the fields of state and human security, the fight against terrorism, promotion of democracy and fundamental freedoms, environmental and economic protection, and the area of protection of Human Rights and Minorities, we will mainly see the focus of this organization in East Central Europe. During the time I've been involved with, I tried to bring a historical flow of events to understand how the OSCE missions work in the field and what is the difference with the theory and how the OSCE mission emerges CEE, as a case study Albania.
Democracy is an ancient institution that takes us back to ancient Greece, despite its age-old age, has been the center of many philosophical debates several times. Without any doubt this form of government, although very critical, has an extraordinary ability to survive, persist and preserve over the centuries. Perhaps because it has been able to take different forms according to the historical needs of a country. Many authors have focused on the theme of democracy, and argued for ideas other right on its potential survival in the modern, globalized world as we know prevails more representative system of democracy. Today it seems that there is a claim of direct democracy but also there is a certain difficulty of the citizen committed to a life with unbridled pace of being able to reconcile social life with the public life. With the birth of new national and supranational institutional dimensions, such as those of the European Union, there is also a need for a new model of legislative participation, and here we see the birth of a different form of democracy, a middle ground between direct and indirect democracy, that is, participatory democracy. The latter presents itself as a push from below to bring its voice to political, decision-making and legislative institutions. The goal of this analysis, is first of all investigate and reason about what is the best form of democracy, that is direct, or to representative and participatory. To get to these considerations, the argument need for a historical and philosophical journey reaching out to a legal definition. Therefore, the topic will need to be compared with the institutions that are linked to it, such as the European Citizens' Initiative. The ambition is to understand also the democratic challenge of the European institutions, this through a historical, legal and philosophical investigation, with the aim of better understanding the legal reality of an instrument as important as that of democracy, where individuals are primary.
At the beginning of my paper I will explain the concept of "Geopolitics of Energy", this will be done for a quite simple reason, because I want everyone who can sit to read this article to understand more clearly what is at stake, therefore allow them the comprehension of what is being elaborated bellow at first sight. Geopolitics of energy is a concept that relates to policies choosing exporters to implement on importers, is the policy that has an impact on energy consumption, which includes consumer’s choice in the geopolitical context, taking into account the economy, foreign policy, the safety of energy, environmental consequences and priorities that carries the energy exporter. This concept permits the understanding of how works the politics that undertakes this initiative taking into account natural resources such as: natural gas and oil. Natural gas and oil are two main resources that produce energy but also two main elements on which arises all the topic in the energetics game. For this paper is used qualitative methodology, through which we were able to accomplish this work. I focused on scientific literature, official publications and reports on energy geopolitics. The main aim has been to show how in this decade, energy security is at the center of geopolitical agenda and has become the focus of numerous political debates. Regarding this point of view, Europe is taking the initiative to create a common energy market within the continent by creating projects, in which Albania appears as a new regional energy potential. Russia, which is aiming to play a role in the international arena, is seeking to position itself geopolitically in "its political weapon", hydrocarbon resources, in particular natural gas resources.
