Abstract

Abstract：BOT(Build-Operate-Transfer) is a modern project-financing pattern in the world. On the base of analysis of the venture resource and structure in BOT projects ,fuzzy math and the theory of AHP are combined to set forward a fuzzy over all evaluation model ,which is used in the research of venture evaluation in BOT project ,This model is a method of BOT project risk distinguish ,evaluation ,in which subjective and objective analysis are combined.
