Introduction : Despite the large number of pregnant women with the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), there is not enough study to describe maternal and fetal consequences of COVID-19 and also contact tracing, during their pregnancy. The purpose of this study is to see how the outcome of COVID 19 in mothers and neonates, as well as contact tracing. Method : We included pregnant women with confirmed COVID-19 who were admitted to Cipto Mangunkusumo General Hospital in Jakarta, Indonesia from January 1 to June 30, 2021. An assessment of the characteristics, maternal and neonatal outcomes, and contact tracing was carried out. One hundred two pregnant women with confirmed COVID-19 enrolled. From 102 pregnant women, only 77 was delivered. Result : Pregnancy status, mostly in multigravida 58 (56.8%) at 29-36 weeks 42 (41.1%). It was found that the majority of patients had no comorbidities, in total 75 (73.5%) women. Most of them with mild symptomps in 50 (49%) and moderate symptoms in 21 (20.6%) women. Caesarean Section (CS) was carried out the most in total 58 women (75.4%). Patients receiving intensive care 8 (7.9%) in patients with severe cases with acute respiratory distress syndrome. There were consolidation findings of suspected pneumonia on chest x-ray as much as 43 (42.2%) women. The majority of babies born weighed 1500-2499 grams 36 (37.1%) babies. No babies were found with positive nasopharyngeal swab results. Perinatal complications occurred in 28 (36.3%) who experienced respiratory distress and 22 (28.6%) experienced neonatal sepsis. Total infants <2500 grams was 44 (57.1%) with NICU needs reached 41 (55.4%), with 10 (13.5%) needed ventilators due to prematurity. Discussion : Most patients get COVID-19 from neighbors/relatives, in total 56 patients (54.9%).Most of pregnant women came with mild infections, for the method of termination by CS, and 1 case of maternal death was found. There was no positive nasopharyngeal swab on the baby's outcome.
