UVODNoviji koncept digitalne transformacije opisuje u najopštijem značenju promene nastale na individualnom, organizacionom ili društvenom nivou čiji je značaj relevantan za datu oblast u odnosu na prethodno stanje, a koje se odigravaju pod uticajem neke od informacionih i komunikacionih tehnologija kao što su društvene mreže, mobilne aplikacije, analitički alati i aplikacije u oblaku [3]. Mnogobrojne su definicije i opisi ovog fenomena koji je svakako postao često pominjana reč ne samo u oblastiima povezanim sa tehnologijom i poslovanjem.U najširem kontekstu relevantna je definicija digitalne transformacije kao promena koju digitalne tehnologije uzrokuju ili na koju utiču u svim aspektima ljudskog života [6]. U kontekstu ovog rada relevantna je definicija koja digitalnu transformaciju poslovanja opisuje kao korišćenje tehnologije da bi se radikalno una- predile performanse i dometi preduzeća [5]. Takođe, sa aspekta poslovanja, relevantna je nešto uža definicija, koja, međutim, dosta govori o svrsishodnosti i krajnjim ciljevima digitalne transformacije, a koja ovaj proces u poslovnom okruženju opisuje kao zaokružen, kada korišćenje digitalnih tehnologija kojim je u potpunosti ovladano, počne da omogućava inovacije i kreativnost i podstiče značajne promene u profesionalnom ili u domenu znanja [7]. Digitalna transformacija je veoma značajna društvena pojava, što pokazuju rezultati analize jednog od najznačajnijih društvenih diskursa, a to je pojavljivanje određenog termina kao ključne reči u Internet pretraživaču kompanije Google. Na slici 1. može se sagledati trend rasta značaja pojma digitalne transformacije kako u apsolutnom iznosu, gde je u poslednje 4 godine ostvaren rast od gotovo deset puta, tako i relativno u odnosu na pojmove koji definišu fenomene koji prethode ili su deo digitalne transformacije kao što su digitizacija (digitization) i digitalizacija (digitalization). Za razumevanje fenomena digitalne transformacije i njegove zasnovanosti na informacionim i komunikacionim tehnologijama, ali i najšire povezanosti sa različitim segementima društva, posebno u sferi privrede i poslovanja, interesantno je uočiti koji se termini koriste kao ključne reči za nastavak korisničke pretrage nakon
The paper presents the essence of the Smart City concept and opportunities for the creation of competitive advantages arising in the framework generated by this concept. Various elements of a Smart City are analysed and related to different options for economic growth and business innovation improvement. Possibilities arising from networking and clustering in Creative Cities are listed along with some details of advantages provided by a symbiosis of information and communication technologies and creativity to companies operating in such environments. Managerial aspects of the Internet of Things are presented and identified as a basis for the Smart City outlook, but also as a major prospect to develop certain business opportunities leading to competitive advantages for companies operating out of smart cities.
Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) being a legal regulation in developed countries will become a legal regulation in Republic of Serbia starting with March 2010. In this paper comparative analysis between requirements of standard ISO/IEC 17025 and requirements of cEU GMP is shown. Considering the fact that in Republic of Serbia no pharmaceutical industry laboratory has been accredited according to requirements of ISO/IEC 17025, while keeping in mind that more than 90% of these laboratories have not fulfilled cEU GMP requirements, this paper aimed at pointing to the possibility of fulfilling both of mentioned requirements at the same time, which would open the way to different types of interlaboratory cooperation for pharmaceutical quality control laboratories and contribute to improving competitiveness of pharmaceutical companies. Accreditation, especially in the case of pharmaceutical quality control laboratories, is important because it guaranties the level of organizational and technical competency. It could easily be said that accreditation is becoming a must in quality control of products in order for the organization to be able to gain a leading role in the global market. Both accreditation and cGMP show the organization's commitment to having products of highest quality level. Considering the above mentioned facts, it is of greatest advantage for pharmaceutical quality control laboratories to fulfill both requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 and cGMP and reach total compliance. The aim of doing this lies in an easier acceptance of pharmaceutical products in different markets, overcoming technical barriers and affirmation of quality as key factor in reaching competitiveness, while keeping in mind the importance of strategic and competitive positioning in the global market
