Consumer purchasing patterns are a form of purchases made by consumers, whether someone or a lot of people to get the desired item by making a purchase transaction. One characteristic of the purchase pattern is the existence of acquiring something through exchanging money. This study aims to create an application that is used in determining consumer purchasing patterns by applying a priori algorithms and using Visual Basic 2010 as a tool for determining consumer purchase patterns. This application uses a priori algorithm calculation method where the sample consumer purchase data will be sorted and calculated by providing the value of the minium support and configuration parameters and based on the results of confidence the largest number of conclusions such as: can be used as information for determining sales, the application of a priori algorithms can provide information pattern combination item set from consumer purchase data that is with support above 15% and confidence above 50% on item set.
Students at almost all levels of education are required to be technology literate, especially information technology. In addition to supporting educational activities, it also supports students in solving administrative problems. One of the software that can be used to support education and administrative issues is Microsoft Office. The application has many features that are still not familiar to some users, especially students. This was experienced by STT Baptist Medan who was not familiar with the many tools provided in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint software. Some of the obstacles that are often encountered are the less than optimal use of the merge function in Word, the function of conditional formulas in Excel and animation, and multimedia in PowerPoint. During the implementation of service activities, it was concluded that the importance of direct Microsoft office training to students, especially study programs outside of computers. In the implementation of the training, students are able to use Microsoft Excel to manage numerical data. Microsoft word in managing data. Also the use of Microsoft PowerPoint in making presentations.
Big data technology is the overall technology that can handle the processing associated with analyzing the data to explore the potential that is in it. Some of the uses of big data are based on the biggest data traffic sources, such as social media, financial transactions, public data, censorship data, and company data. The problem found in the accumulation of village status data that has not been utilized in the decision-making process to determine the status of the next village and the absence of an application to process the data stored in the data database so that a tool is developed to analyze the buildup. The results of this study are to produce a prototype design that is Unified Modeling Language (UML) design, Form Design, and Database Design that will be used to develop Big Data Technology in determining the classification of village status based on the Village Build index.
There are approximately 20 tourist objects in the Karo Regency area that are close to each other, such as Gundaling Hill, Lumbini Nature Park, Fun Land Mickey Holiday and other places. The main problem is designing a system using the SPK in determining the priority of regional tourist destinations in Karo Regency using the TOPSIS method. Problem solving steps are carried out from problem identification, determining alternative solutions to problems that arise so that the best decisions can be made. The weight of the criteria to determine the preferred criteria. The greater the weight, the more priority. Weights for each criteria for determining priority destination of tourist attractions, Distance from Berastagi (weight 30%), Facilities and Facilities (weight 15%), Access (15%), Type of Tourism (weight 20%), Entrance Fee (Weight 15%), Culinary (weight 5%), and internet network (5%). The preference value (V) produces alternatives that are ordered from largest to smallest. The biggest preference is tourism priority, in this case Kubu Berastagi Hill becomes a priority destination based on criteria.
