Perkembangan di Indonesia saat ini tidak terlepas dari pernanan lembaga keuangan dengan salah satunya adalah perbankan. Bank memiliki peran dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan suatu Negara [1]. Perbankan memiliki fungsi sebagai lembaga yang memiliki peran sentral dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu Negara. Dalam melakukan analisa pemberian kredit perbankan harus memerhatikan Prinsip-prinsip pemberian kredit[3]. besar kecilnya tingkat kredit yang disalurkan oleh bank kepada pihak lain ataupun masyarakat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor [4]. Data dalam jumlah besar pada perbankan khususya perkreditan tersebut dapat diolah menggunakan beberapa metode tertentu akan memberikan informasi baru yang dapat mendukung dan membantu perbankan mengambil keputusan atau kebjakan, salah satu kebijakannya adalah dapat memprediksi kelayakan kredit pinjaman secara dini untuk mengetahui nasabah yang layak atau tidak layak, atau menggunakan salah satu teknik melakukan prediksi yang dapat digunakan adalah dengan teknik penggalian data atau data mining menggunakan algoritma random forest. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan metode klasifikasi dengan algoritma random forest serta menganalisis hasil terbaik dari algoritma random forest pada setiap kreditur. Variable yang dianalisis adalah V1 sampai dengan V20 dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak R. Tahapan metode penelitian menggunakan CRIPS-DM. untuk tahap pelatihan menggunakan 70% data dan Pengujian menggunakan 30% data secara acak dari 1000 data. Hasil performa dari algoritma random forest tersebut yaitu memiliki tingkat akurasi sebesar 0,77 atau 77% sehingga termasuk pada kategori klasifikasi fair model.
Corrosion protection is very necessary for all steel or other types of metal, especially in buried pipes (underground construction). Direct contact between pipe materials (Carbon steel) can accelerate the corrosion rate. This is the case with the 20 inch pipe project working on the pipe installation. Initially to prevent this type of corrosion was done cathodic protection, but the result of examination was proven that there was a leakage of the potential distribution protection to the ground. Therefore it is necessary to do a distribution protection simulation to get how many anodes (magnesium package) to meet protection needs. The anode distance simulation results on the distribution of potential are carried out with the following variations: distance of every 45 meters, distance of every 30 meters, distance of every 20 meters, and distance of anodes every 15 meters. Based on the simulation results it is found that the anode distance cannot meet the minimum protection (-850milli volt) except at a distance of 15 meters. Installation of anodes at a distance of 15 meters with each pair of distance of 4.9 meters proved that the simulation results have met the minimum potential for corrosion protection. So that it can be used as a reference for installation of anode spacing for pipe corrosion protection.
In a piping system makes it possible to add branching into an existing piping system. In this research will discuss about installation 12 " branch pipe in to 16” existing pipe. The system should be installed without interrupting the operation of the pipeline to avoid huge losses. Hot-tapping is a technology that works to create branching on the online service pipe condition. Calculation and analysis of the results to ensure the process of hot-tapping absolutely safe to operate. parameters that must be considered include the heat input, the operating pressure during welding hot-tapping process with Shielded Metal Arc Welding, stress that occurs at the branching system. Analysis on split tees must be done because of stress that occurs due to the welding process and the reduction in thickness. Analysis on the plumbing system must be done because of a new branching thus causing new stress. The results of the analysis on split tees and the pipe system is used as a reference-making procedures for implementing hot-tapping. Maximum stress that occurs in the pipes during hot-tapping process is the welding area (22.828 psi). The welding process causes melting partial in the metal pipe so, during welding process (hot-tapping) working pressure should be reduced by 25.27%. The condition of the fluid in the existing pipeline still safe because liquefaction as a result of the welding process does not penetrate to the inner pipe. The new design results in branch pipe eligible to fabricated because stress that occurs is still below the allowable stress values
