In this research, to what extent the variables of perceived social support (family, friends and special people) and assertiveness predicted the psychological well-being levels of candidate psychological counselors. The research group of this study included totally randomly selected 308 candidate psychological counselors including 174 females (56.5%) and 134 males (43.5%) studying at Erzincan University, Faculty of Education, Psychological Counseling and Guidance Department in 2015-2016 academic year. The age average of the research group was 20.84. Psychological Well-Being Scale, Voltan-Acar Assertiveness Scale, Multidimensional Perceived Social Support Scale, and Personal Information Form were used as the data collection tools in the research. The data obtained in the research were analyzed with stepwise regression analysis method as one of the multiple linear regression analyses methods. According to the research findings, the variables of assertiveness and social support perceived from family, friends and special people significantly predicted psychological well-being.
In this research, the effect of solution focused group counseling upon high school students" struggling with school burnout was analyzed. The research was an experimental study in which a pre-test post-test control group random design was used, depending upon the real experimental model. The study group included 30 students that volunteered from among students studying at a high school in central Erzincan Province in the 2014-2015 academic year. School Burnout Scale (Seç er, Halmatov, Veyis and Ateş, 2013) and Personal Information Form were used in the study as data collection tools. Independent Samples t-test and One Factor ANCOVA were performed to analyze the obtained data. At the end of the research, it was determined that solution focused group counseling was effective upon high school students" struggling with school burnout, and this effect actualized as independent from the variable of gender.
Bu araştırmada, bilişsel esneklik ve duygu düzenleme becerileri değişkenlerinin üniversite öğrencilerinin internet bağımlılığı düzeylerini ne kadar yordadığı incelenmiştir. Araştırma ilişkisel tarama modelinde dayalı olarak yürütülmüştür. Çalışmanın araştırma grubunu 2020-2021 eğitim-öğretim yılında Türkiye'deki farklı üniversitelerde öğrenim gören 318 (%43.1) erkek, 420 (%56.9) kız olmak üzere toplam 738 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Araştırma grubunun yaş ortalaması 20.19'dur. Araştırmada veri toplama araçları olarak Young İnternet Bağımlılığı Testi-Kısa Formu, Bilişsel Esneklik Envanteri, Duygu Düzenleme Becerileri Ölçeği ve Kişisel Bilgi Formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler çoklu doğrusal regresyon analiz (adımsal) yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda; internet bağımlılığını birinci sırada "bilişsel esneklik", ikinci sırada "duygu düzenleme becerileri" değişkenlerinin anlamlı düzeyde yordadığı belirlenmiştir.
