Tatanan Normal Baru saat pandemi Covid-19 telah mengubah kinerja dosen menjalankan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi faktor berpengaruh dan besarnya kinerja dosen dalam melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Desain penelitian dengan deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam dan analisis data dengan ATLAS-ti-9. Subyek penelitian adalah dosen UKSW, dengan unit analisis sebanyak 5 dosen mewakili jabatan fungsional Guru Besar, Lektor Kepala, Lektor, Asisten Ahli dan belum berjabatan fungsional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, secara umum dosen melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi secara Daring dengan WFH. Kinerja dosen pada pendidikan, penelitian dan publikasi ilmiah tidak berkurang dibanding sebelum pandemi Covid-19. Tetapi kinerja dosen pada pengabdian masyarakat lebih rendah dibanding sebelum pandemi Covid-19. Faktor kendala melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi dengan WFH adalah 1. Faktor eksternal dosen: a. hardware seperti kapasitas komputer, kelancaran internet, dan listrik, b. software seperti ketersediaan aplikasi pembelajaran, c. lingkungan kerja seperti gangguan dan pemahaman keluarga saat kerja secara WFH. 2. Faktor internal dosen: brainware yaitu penguasaan hardware dan software, serta pengaturan jadwal kerja. Faktor positif adalah rasa aman dan nyaman, fleksibilitas tempat dan waktu kerja, efisien waktu kerja, hemat biaya transportasi, memacu penguasaan teknologi informasi, serta meningkatkan kreatifitas ide bentuk praktikum, penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat saat pandemi Covid-19.
Pengembangan karir dan kompensasi merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meneliti pengaruh kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT PLN (Persero) UID Jateng & DIY dengan data primer yang didapat dari kuesioner. Jumlah sampel yang terpilih pada penelitian ini yaitu 119 karyawan PT PLN (Persero) UID & DIY. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda dan memperoleh hasil bahwa pengembangan karir dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Ketika karir karyawan didalam perusahaan meningkat maka kepuasan kerja dalam dirinya akan tinggi dan hal yang sama ketika karyawan mendapatkan kompensasi yang baik dari perusahaan maka kepuasan kerja karyawan akan tinggi pula.
In the era of industry 4.0, technological changes are accelerating rapidly. Internet technology provides many conveniences for employees to deal with their duties. The use of the internet that has become a characteristic of individuals, especially employees, has a negative or positive impact. This study aims to determine the factors that cause cyberloafing behavior in millennial employees, how the impact of cyberloafing behavior, what kind of work stress experienced by millennials and how cyberloafing behavior can minimize work stress in millennial generations. The research method applied is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used is by conducting interviews with 2 millennial generation employees and 1 leader. The interview technique is done in semi-structured technique and list of questions are prepared for the interview which are developed based on the relevant literature. After the data is obtained, the presentation and data reduction are carried out, then conclusion is drawn. The result of this study indicates that cyberloafing behavior in millennial generation employees is an activity carried out by millennial generation employees to minimize work stress occurred during working hours in the company environment. This means that cyberloafing behavior among millennial generation employees is considered an activity that can refresh brain performance. This behavior is carried out to reduce or minimize the stress experienced such as entertainment when stressed, refreshing the brain from stress and boredom because they have to work continuously.
Performance is an increase of results achieved by employees in terms of quality or quantity with the existing working hours. Employees’ performance must be considered to determine the company's existence to ensure the company's profitability. The factors that cause employees’ performance to decline are the non-physical work environment and work stress which the company still does not pay attention to. This study aims to examine the effect of non-physical work environment and work stress on employees’ performance partially and simultaneously at Bank BNI Jailolo Unit, West Halmahera. This research was conducted at Bank BNI Jailolo Unit which has 40 people including a leader and employees. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires directly to employees of Bank BNI Jailolo Unit. The results of the study show that a non-physical work environment affects the employee’s performance but work stress does not affect the employee’s performance. However, simultaneously non-physical work environment and stress affect employee performance. This is because the work environment is good enough to help employees cope with work stress and can improve the employees’ performance.
During the adaptation period to new habits, he faced two new work systems that caused the company secretary to experience difficulties due to changes in the company. These changes lead to further tasks and new technologies that secretaries must reach in helping managers to facilitate lessons. This study aims to identify the difficulties encountered in adapting to new habits, how to use them during the application, the applications used to complete assignments, and the skills needed by secretaries in the adaptation era. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods. Data were collected from interviews with three secretaries from three different companies. The findings show several obstacles, including delays experienced due to the rules of working from home, the obligation to carry out by following health protocols, and being responsible for health protocols in the workplace. In the running, these secretaries use various applications, such as Microsoft Office, Zoom or WebEx, and E-Archive tools. Therefore, they are expected to be able to utilize technology, be detail-oriented, have administrative skills, operate computers, and communicate in English. This research is expected to be helpful by increasing the knowledge of future secretaries who plan to work during new habits and office management studies.
