This research is based on occupational risk factors to Those to which workers are exposed in vehicle washers and lubricators, risk components that correspond to a current problem where working conditions and various risk factors related to work in this type of activity are identified. The same that can generate accidents or occupational diseases. Likewise, the need to take actions aimed at the prevention of this type of risk was seen, whose main objective was to identify, evaluate and propose a prevention plan, research that was carried out on two jobs, using the methodology of: Willian T Fine. Where we proceeded with the direct observation of the jobs, taking photographs and filming, which allowed the application of the method. The results showed high levels of risk in both activities, both washing and lubricating vehicles. This research instructs how primary actions can be carried out aimed at the prevention of occupational risks.
La investigación se direccionó a la evaluación de los riesgos de incendio en los procesos de soldadura y pintura de Automóviles del taller Quimis Hnos; con el objetivo de estimar el nivel de riesgos relacionados al uso de maquinarias autógenas y eléctricas e insumos peligrosos y/o incendiarios, durante estos procesos que pudieran ser iniciadores de un incendio, y así mismo identificar los posibles causales. Para efectos de este estudio, la investigación fue de campo, observativa – descriptiva, con enfoque cuantitativo y de tipo transversal. La evaluación se realizó a través del método de MESERI de acuerdo con los parámetros del Cuerpo de Bomberos de Santo Domingo-Ecuador, para el cual se realizaron visitas al sitio de estudio para la recolección de datos. Se tuvo como resultado del coeficiente de protección frente al incendio (P) 6,52; lo cual de acuerdo con los parámetros de evaluación seguidos para la elaboración de este estudio manifiesta que representa riesgo aceptable, lo que indica que el taller Quimis hnos tiene un riesgo de incendio aceptable conforme a lo establecido en el Método Simplificado de Evaluación de Riesgo de Incendio.
