En la actualidad, está cobrando fuerza el enfoque de universidad emprendedora, como aquella que despliega un ecosistema emprendedor universitario que fomenta el emprendimiento en sus estudiantes. En tal sentido, la investigación propone ahondar en el concepto de ecosistema emprendedor universitario e identificar los principales factores que lo generan, a partir de un estudio de carácter exploratorio y cualitativo, revisando literatura reciente en las bases de datos Scopus, ScienceDirect y EBSCO. Los resultados permiten identificar seis factores clave que generan un ecosistema emprendedor universitario, destacando el compromiso estratégico y cultura emprendedora institucional, la asignación de recursos y la formación en emprendimiento. Se concluye que la sociedad demanda a las universidades cumplir una tercera misión, la cual consiste en promover el emprendimiento, por ello es necesario continuar profundizando sobre los factores que inciden en crear un ecosistema emprendedor universitario.
In an increasingly integrated and challenging world, companies require administrators whoare able to cope with a globalized and highly competitive business environment. In thatsense, the objective of the research is to establish the competences of the administrator’sgraduate profile to perform in a global context. To this aim, a qualitative design researchof documentary type was developed, using as a source of information scientific papersindexed in the Google Academic database. An important finding is that genericcompetences such as teamwork, strategic leadership, adaptation to change, technologymanagement and ability to interact in multicultural environments, among others, are morevalued by employers than specific competences.
