With the development of intelligent technology adopt in construction industry, architectural design enterprises’ implementation strategies and situations of smart design attracted much more attention. For architectural design enterprises, studying on intelligent integrated system to meet design management requirements is the major way to solve pain points and difficulties in design management, improve design management efficiency, and complete the transformation and upgrade. By analyzing and researching on key factors that restrict design management of architectural design enterprises, this study innovatively proposed and achieved a multi-specialty collaborative design management control method, a digital collaborative audit method, and a resource library standardization method. It has reference value of development of intelligent technology in architectural design enterprises.
