Urban open data is the key to the construction of smart city. Through the research on evaluation of urban open data, the concept, types, characteristics and other basic problems of urban open data are systematically summarized. From perspective of "quality", "opening" and "acquisition", a complete urban open data evaluation framework and index system is built. And the corresponding weights of evaluation indexes and score and overall rating methods are determined, so as to objectively evaluate the conditions of urban open data, and describe, monitor, guide and promote the construction and development of urban open data.
S@C-Co-N nanoporous carbon co-doped with cobalt and nitrogen as the cathode of lithium-sulfur battery are prepared. The synthetic route is carried out via the carbonization of metal organic frameworks polyhedron ZIF-67, followed by the heat treatment with sulfur. The SEM images suggest that C-Co-N composite maintains almost the same size and polyhedron shape of ZIF-67. The XRD pattern confirms the existence of cobalt element. As cathode for lithium-sulfur battery, the S@C-Co-N composite delivers a reversible capacity of 916.6 mAh•g −1 at the initial cycle and 460.5 mAh•g −1 after 500 cycles at 0.5 C, with a capacity fading of 0.09% per cycle.
Comparing structures of the mechanical engineering courses among three top British universities, the characteristics of their structure is analyzed. Based on the features of Chinese mechanical disciplines, enlightenment from Britain will be applied to course project for principle of machinery, with focus on topic selection and guidance, which will be more efficient than before to develop the students' ability and quality. Also the feasibility and development trend of the topic selection are mentioned.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
