An apparatus, the dilactres cell, has been developed for determining structure parameters on operating porous gas diffusion electrodes. The experimental values of these parameters have been compared with the predictions of the thin‐film model where all forms of polarization are present. The experimentally obtained polarization curves are within 15% of the computed ones for Ni‐electrodes operating on air in

at 50°C with Ag as catalyst.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
