Purpose The purpose of this paper is to identify the factors affecting consumers' online purchase intention and to explore whether there was any significant difference between the path coefficients for males and females. Design/methodology/approach Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 668 Indonesian consumers who were actively using the internet. The data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) and multi-group analysis (MGA) in SmartPLS 3.0 software. Findings Results show that performance expectancy, effort expectancy and personal innovativeness are three influential factors and have a higher path coefficient in both the male and female groups. Anxiety shows a negative and significant relationship with online purchase intention for female consumers than for male consumers. Furthermore, the results of MGA analysis indicate that most factor coefficients in the determinants of online purchase intentions are not significantly different between males and females. Practical implications These results help the web retailers to consider the important factors in their strategies when they make strategic decisions as key factors affecting online buying intention. Besides this, the strong relationship between anxiety and intention for females has important implications for managers and designers should pay attention to this factor when designing the content on their business website. Originality/value Even though several marketing scholars discuss the factors influencing online shopping behavior, a few studies have shown the role of anxiety and personal innovativeness and their effect on online purchasing that fitted as supplements into the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). In addition, so far, no studies have effectively made a comparative analysis across gender, i.e. are personal and UTAUT factors in the determinants of online purchase intention significantly different across gender?
This research based on the developments of technology on payment system which replaced the use of cash as a medium of exchange into the non-cash system. The use of e-money as a non-cash system was made to actualize less cash society by the increase of the use of instrument and non-cash channel. However, the government had made a rule by required various costs to use e-money. As the used of e-money seemed forced by a rule, therefore, costumers might have a bad perception toward it. Hence, this research made to know the factors that affected costumers’ perception toward e-money in Indonesia. The method used in this research was quantitative method with type of descriptive and causal research. The variables used in this research are benefits (X1), trust (X2), self-efficacy (X3), ease of use (X4), security (X5), and consumers’ perception (Y). The samples are 400 respondents and using the technique of non-probability sampling which covered purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The data analysis was using multiple linear regressions. The research showed that the factor of self-efficacy and security in partial didn’t significantly affect the consumers’ perception toward e-money in Indonesia, while the factors that significantly affected partially are factors of benefits, ease of use, and trust. However, simultaneously, all factors of Benefits (X1), Trust (X2), Self-efficacy (X3), Ease of Use (X4), and Security (X5) significantly affected consumers’ perception (Y) toward e-money in Indonesia.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan modul bimbingan karir untuk siswa kelas 1 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia SMPIT Khairunnas Kota Bengkulu kelas IX dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran diferensiasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen, yaitu dengan menguji model pembelajaran diferensiasi pada siswa saat belajar, lalu disajikan hasilnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model diferensiasi pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dapat meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa dan memunculkan kreatifitas yang tinggi dari siswa Peningkatan ini harus terlihat dari pola pokok pertemuan 1 dengan klasifikasi yang cukup layak hingga mengagumkan pada pola pertemuan kedua 2. Simpulan pada penelitian ini bahwa model diferensiasi dimanfaatkan selama pembelajaran dapat memperluas kegembiraan siswa dan pengajar dalam proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran, Diferensiasi, Kualitas Belajar 2 SMAN 16 Surabaya untuk memungkinkan mereka mengambil keputusan yang tepat dalam membuat langkah karir selanjutnya. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini mengambil 10 tahap pengembangan mulai dari analisis kebutuhan hingga produk siap pakai. Sebanyak 60 siswa berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Data diperiksa dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil validasi desain adalah 92% dengan nilai rata-rata 4,6 dalam kategori 'baik'. Validasi konten adalah 96% dengan nilai rata-rata 4,8 (baik). Validasi instrumen baik. Validasi rekan diperoleh 92% dengan nilai rata-rata 4,6 (baik). Kemudian dilanjutkan ke tahap pengembangan. Hasil uji coba kelompok kecil adalah 88,5%. Hasil uji coba kelompok rata-rata adalah 91,8%. Hasil uji coba kelompok besar adalah 93,1%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul pengembangan Bimbingan Karier berdasarkan pendekatan karakter kinerja dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan. Studi ini menawarkan informasi berharga kepada konselor sekolah, pengawas konseling, dan pendidik konselor.
This study focuses on the role of cashless transactions in mediating the relationship between these factors and local government spending fraud. Researchers conducted literature searches, observations, and interviews with respondents and obtained baseline data through the distribution of questionnaires. Respondents to this survey are civil servants who were and still are involved in the local government spending process in Indonesia from 2013 to the fiscal year 2020. 324 The questionnaire was responded to, but only 307 responses could be processed because 17 data were damaged because they were filled in by the same person and not written by the authorized official. The data obtained were processed by SmartPLS. The results showed that cashless transaction implementation, law enforcement, and protection had a negative and significant impact on in-store fraud, but the technology did not have a significant impact on fraud. at the store. Law enforcement and protection variables, as well as technology, have a positive and significant impact on the execution of non-monetary transactions, the variable implementation of non-monetary transactions mediates the relationship between law enforcement and protection against fraud in local government spending, but not the technological variable. This study is limited to the factors that contribute to the success of non-monetary transactions.
